I remember this incident. Trump told the crowd to beat up protestors. One joke too far.

N.Y. State Supreme Court Justice Doris Gonzalez mas ordered former President Donald Trump to sit for a videotaped deposition on Monday as part of a civil case filed by protesters who say Trump's security guards assaulted them at a September 2015 rally.

The lawsuit was filed in 2015 by a group of Mexican protesters who say they were attacked outside Trump Tower at the rally.

"After defendants spent years unsuccessfully fighting to keep Donald Trump from testifying under oath, we will be taking his testimony in this case on Monday. We look forward to presenting this case, including Mr. Trump's video testimony, to a jury." the plaintiff's lawyer said.

Attorneys for the protestors subpoenaed Trump in the case, arguing in court filings that the guards attacked the protestors as part of their official duties, citing Trump's comments at election rallies where he has encouraged violence against hecklers.

No one can make someone else do anything with words.

If I tell you to jump off a high-rise building are you going to?

Please say yes ... now jump ...

It is a lawful order. Failure to comply will bring serious repercussions.

Trump will have to pay damages on this one.   He did direct them to act.

Only video I have seen was him telling everyone to be peaceful.

Where is the proof he did anything other than that?

This is from several years ago.   They were hecklers at one of his campaign rallies and he said "beat the hell out of them" or something to that effect.

Wow.... the depths of human depravity. If you go to a concert, rally, sporting event... you know that it comes with certain risks.

do you expect the band to tell the audience to assault you?
