You’ve admitted to obstruction of justice':

From your article:

For nearly two hours, Fellows reportedly continued rambling as he shared his endless grievances about life behind bars.

Very doubtful.  No judge is going to let self-testimony go on that long.

This one did. He was letting the idiot hang himself.

Also from the OP's article:

"You've admitted to incredible lapses of judgment here on the stand, not least of which was seeking to disqualify a New York state judge," the judge continued. "You've admitted to obstruction of justice in that case, and you've admitted to what was probably obstruction in this case in trying to have me disqualified, and only Ms. Halverson's advice stopped you from doing so. You've engaged in a pattern of behaviors that shows contempt for the criminal justice system,

Citing evidence for disqualification is hardly an "incredible lapse."  Trying to disqualify is hardly obstruction.

Basically, judges don't like it when people stand up for themselves.  You're supposed to bow to them.  The judge was personally offended and he lashed out in a snowflake way.

But yeah, the (likely) inexperienced defendant should have never carried on in their stacked system.  He should have simply typed a well thought out statement and just read it.

Its an example of conditioning people psychologically to fear and hate an 'enemy'.    Stuff like this takes it from the hypothetical to a real-life experience that other people see happen.   Nobody believes that those idiots were going to overturn the election, but they saw what revolution looks like.

Don't say  "nobody". You have no idea what "everybody " thinks. You're making an assumption because you've been "psychologically conditioned" to think that way.

You don't know that.  It was only reported.

You don't know either. You read something you don't like so you come up with bogus reasoning to say it didn't happen.

I'll rephrase it:   nobody with half a brain.

The point is, the visual now exists.   The people that otherwise never would have dreamt that revolution could happen in this country but wish it would now know what it looks like.

More like what storming the Bastille would look like.

Except that the storming of the Bastille was successful.

These insurrectionists are all going to jail.

Oh.   So there is no threat of anything like this ever happening again.    Good to know.

Might want to let the federal government that they have successfully averted any future threat of this type of thing again.

It may well occur again.

Unless they successfully overthrow the government they will be prosecuted.

The successful overthrow of the government is extremely doubtful.

There are a huge majority of citizens who are normal people leading their normal lives who will not be sympathetic to any attempt to violently overthrow the government.

That is just a fantasy of right-wing nut jobs not over any kind of majority of people in the country.

Republicans are doing all they can to combat the wave of revulsion that swept the country as a result of the insurrection.

The Democrats are attempting to keep it front and center by holding their hearings on the subject now.

We'll see what happens.

I would note that Republicans have tried to blame the insurrection on antifa.

671 arrests later there is no antifa in evidence.

Then the Republicans tried to minimize what happened saying that there was little violence and that it was akin to a tourist trip through the Capitol building

People believe their own eyes.

The video evidence of violence is irrefutable.

Now they're trying to make the convoluted claim that the insurrectionists were in reality Patriots.

No one is buying that argument.

Your link shows it did happen! From your link, and I quote:

"Over the course of the nearly 2-hour hearing, Fellows rambled across a difficult-to-follow litany of complaints about his incarceration"

"McFadden, having listened to him talk for nearly two hours, then brought Fellows back down to Earth.

“You are charged with a federal felony,” McFadden said. “This is not a community college where you get pats on the back.”

It shows it did not happen.  It was a two hour hearing, not two hours of self-testimony.
