You see enough to know the child is no threat.

No you don't !

Not if the potential criminal does not comply !

He better listen and follow the officer's  instructions next time !

Obviously he did shitbrains

The neighborhood thought they were under attack, seeing how there was a suspicious negro roaming through decent people's backyards

No he didn’t, loyalist.

Read the Constitution, asshole.

The neighbor should be charged with filing a false report.

define legit police action!

Neighbor calls in a report of suspicious character

Police respond, ask suspect to comply with their inquiry

If suspect complies and it's determined there is no threat, everyone goes home happy

However, if a fucking punk like this fucking punk pulls an attitude, game on

Fuck him up

do you really think a person should comply with a cop if the person has committed not crime

Would it hurt too?

Telling the cops to fuck off obviously isn't a good plan.

Hope you decide to act like this punk next time you get contacted

Me, I've never been contacted except for speeding, but I'm white so... 😁

This kid was not threatening the cop in any way. He was just ignoring him, trying to make a phone call, so someone would come outside and tell the cop he knew the people in the house.

There was NO REASON to tase him the first time, and surely not the second.

  • Thanks 1

Yes, of course

So the officer must follow the law he is sworn to uphold.  If the person has committed no crime the officer has no right to detain him!  What law did he break in the video?

BEST REACTION OF A SUSPECT IN A CASE LIKE THIS:

Put your hands behind your head and calmy tell the officer you have been called here and are expected.

Please, officer, ring the bell and confirm I'm telling the truth !

No cussing, no bullshitting !

The officer will offer you his apologies when all has been cleared up !

End of story !

Point 1:  He ignore the coppers command.

Point 2: He was ignoring the coppers omand and would not cuff up.

The officer has the authority to question a suspect

If the suspect presents resistance, the officer must take appropriate action

Is the cop supposed to say "ok never mind" and leave? Fuck that

Breaking of a law is not in question here

Compliance - or lack of - with official police duty is the issue

That's just it... we haven't seen enough.

For all we know the cop chased him through two yards before the clip started.

The idea behind only telling part of the story is to make people think  the cop just walked up and tased the guy for no reason... which is exactly what it looks like in the provided clip.

I will never comply with an officer if I have committed no crime. If we don't stand up for our rights we lose them. You cannot pick and choose the rights you agree with and bash any other rights!

"Investigation underway."

Coverup, investigation - putaydo putahdo.

It's a shame they interject race into a police brutality issue with the intention of getting the right wing to defend police brutality and the left wing to dither about race, rather than build a coalition to seriously address rampant police brutality.

So if a cop is directing traffic in front of a church on Sunday morning, and gives you the signal to stop, you're just gonna run him over?

So if a patrol flags you  . . .  you will not pull aside  . . .  because  "you have committed no crime" ?

That's sure to get you shot !

no evidence of a crime being broke here! A police officer can ask questions all day and you do not have to answer any of them. You only have to ID once he has detained you for a offense. A police officer only has as much power as you allow. If you broke the law you best comply, if no law broke tell him to go fuck himself!
