There is a rise in the number of people that espouse Marxism lately.   Mostly poor people that are jealous of others and want to get something for just existing but it is definitely a growing movement.

Can you give me a link to the statistics you are basing your statement upon?

We on the left are frequently accused of being communists but I don't know any communists. I do believe there is a role for government in healthcare education and the welfare of the people. That is no

 Your post is false.

Capitalism has brought the highest standards of living humans have ever enjoyed.

It has put the US in $30 TRILLION worth of gov't. debt with no end in sight and another $14 TRILLION in consumer debt.    Obviously, it is VERY VERY FLAWED.

You need statistics to know this is true?

How would you suppose we gather them? A poll?

According to socialists deficits and debt are good.

Not only that but they further claim that we need more inflation to balance the dollar.

Capitalism doesn't cause government spending in any case. Think of how stupid that statement is.

Marxism was just theory during the 1800's when industry had taken over. People who espouse Marxism do not understand what it was. It was a reaction to the exploitation of capitalists during that time, but has since faded out with democratic institutions and a strong labor movement happening.

It isn't a lie because there isn't specific data on the numbers of prople espousing communism. That is very much speculative. You can disagree but I wouldn't say it can be proven a lie as a lie requires intent. Rather it's an observation.

Taiwan under Chang Kai Sheks fascist system was a resounding success, so much that China had to beg them to use their riches and invest in the mainland.

Fascism works people, especially when the people embrace it.

In fascist Italy, less than 10 people were given the death penalty prior to 1940.    That goes to show that the people were really pretty happy because they weren't committing a bunch of crimes.   The normal punishment was simply forcing a criminal to drink 2 pints of castor oil and then swallow a live frog.   They would then go about their life without having to be imprisoned.   I'd say the fascist system of criminal justice is pretty effective.

Fascism led to Spain being the 2nd fastest growing economy in the world for 25 years and pulled thousands out of poverty.  They went from an agrarian economy to and industrialized nation in record time.   Their auto industry averaged almost 22% growth annually for nearly 30 years, which led to high paying jobs.

Oh, please.

That was after Franco and the Falange  was dead and gone.

That was between 1959 and 1974.   Franco was still very much alive and in charge.    Fascism works.

Spain became much more prosperous after Franco and Fascism was gone.  As soon as Fascism was gone and the Spanish could elect their leaders, the Francoists lost every election by ever-shrinking minorities.

Between 1939 and 1959, Spain was desperately poor. Only after the US built Air Force and Naval bases did the economy  begin to grow.

The Spanish people REJECTED Franco and Fascism as soon as they could.  The Guardia Civil attempted a coup and and attacked the Cortes (Parliament) in February 1981, and King Juan Carlos, who had become king opposed them. That was the last gasp of Fascism.

Is there any system that hasn't been superior to communism?

Fascist Germany would have taken out communist Russia if capitalist USA hadn't rescued them.    Communist China was failing until they gave way to capitalism and free market investment.  Even Japan, being a tiny nation that essentially lived under a monarchy beat the living hell out of Communist China.  A bunch of goat herders in Afghanistan living under a religious theocracy beat the living shit out of the "powerful" USSR.

Doesn't a person have to be mentally retarded to say that the system everybody beats up on is the way to go?

Franco brought almost unparalleled economic prosperity to Spain and a sense of national pride.   His death in 1975 was the reason Spain began declining and poverty has risen.

No, obviously you have no idea what you’re babbling about. Capitalism isn’t predicated on government debt.

You're an ignorant fuck.

Soviet Russia went from a backwards agrarian society to a global superpower in a very short period of time. Within decades the population was educated and they were competitive with the US, and this was AFTER being invaded by the Nazis and losing 27 million citizens in WWII. It wasn't about profit-- it was because they believed they were building a great society.

Command economies fail.  No private property and no incentive to create. No efficient means of production and distribution.

Any economics course will clear up your stupidity for you.

The same thing mostly drives all entrepreneurs-- the money is not the sole reason, and if it wasn't an issue, people would still innovate. If people weren't naturally compelled to innovate, we would still be hanging out in the jungles and scavenging kills left by other animals... and Duck615 would be a typical human instead of a borderline subhuman.

Not innovate at the level that elevates the standards of living for 7 billion people. You’re an uneducated twit. Just accept it.

How wealthy you are has nothing to do with how productive you are.  The rich are not more productive than a janitor or a cop or a teacher or a firefighter. Many are less productive or even destructive. A fucking hedge fund manager or advertising copywriter isn't productive in a way that benefits society. You're not talking about productivity, you're talking about wealth worship.

False. You don’t know what the fuck you’re babbling about to begi with.

Takes an economics course and get the basics down.

This is NOT TRUE!   Spain has become much more prosperous since 1975.

Franco has very few admirers in Spain.
