Brandenburg Vs Ohio clarified the difference between advocating for something that leads to a crime and directing people to commit a crime.   What he said at that rally is constitutionally protected free speech.

I disagree. He was acting as an agent provocateur;  he is also  responsible for threatening remarks  of  Rudy and  Don jr

I am serious.    He's an idiot but he didn't break any laws.   Its ok to say that.
