Parallel Ballots Cast in 7 states: Election not over... "and the Solution Would Be to Have the Congress Vote for President" - Ha!

The constitution specifies Electors chosen by state legislatures.  There is no allowance for alternates selected by a single political party.

Even if a senator and a representative were to object to the official state electors, you’ll never get a majority of the House to sustain the objection.

It’s highly unlikely that you’d get the Senate to sustain it either.  The majority leader already told his caucus not to engage in silly games.

That is a Congressional objection.

January 6, 2021: Joint Session of Congress to Count Electoral Votes and Declare Election ResultsMeetsOn January 6, or another date setby law, the Senate and House of Representatives assemble at 1:00 p.m.in a joint session at the Capitol, in the Housechamber, to count the electoral votesand declare the results(3 U.S.C. §15). The Vice President presidesasPresident of the Senate. The Vice Presidentopens the certificates and presents them to four tellers, two from each chamber. The tellers read and make a list of the returns. When the votes have been ascertained and counted, the tellerstransmitthemto the Vice President. If one of the tickets has received a majority of 270 or more electoral votes, the Vice President announcesthe results, which shall be deemed a sufficient declaration of the persons, if any, elected President andVice President.Joint Session Challenges to Electoral Vote ReturnsWhile the tellers announce the results,Members may object to the returns from any individual state as they are announced. Objections to individual state returns must be made in writing by at least one Member each of the Senate and House of Representatives. If an objection meets these requirements, the joint session recesses and the two houses separate and debatethe question in their respective chambers fora maximum oftwo hours. The two houses then vote separately to accept or reject the objection. They then reassemble in joint session, and announce the results of their respectivevotes. An objection to a state’s electoral vote must be approved by both houses in order for any contested votes to be excluded. For additional information, see CRS Report RL32717, Counting Electoral Votes: An Overview of Procedures at the Joint Session, Including Objections by Members of Congress, coordinated by Elizabeth Rybicki and L. Well, you ARE desperate, I'll give you that.

Nope, not desperate ....

Just realistic...

You see...you fucker's think that we will allow you to get away with rigging an election ....and we will just move on for the good of our nation ....

We won't and neither will Trump or the states that will back him....

And the funny part is ...

None of you have thought about what the military thinks .....about all of this...whom will they

Back?

And I can guarantee it won't be Beijing Biden or your Democrat socialist party ....

They have their own role to play when the traditional stopgaps like the SCOTUS drop the ball...because they took an oath ....

Can you post that oath ...

And all Trump and we the people need is enough evidence to put it all into motion.

And that evidence is becoming insurmountable  .....

Key point being:

As I said earlier, the Democratic House will not vote to approve the objection so it dies.

I doubt the Senate would vote to approve an objection . Romney, Murcowski, Collins and probably McConnell would not go along with the scam and you won’t get a single Dem.

The rant if a desperate failed MAGA rube. You don't have shit and you never will. The game has ended and you're still sitting in an empty stadium waiting for the losing team to come back on the field to score the winning three touchdowns.

Like the Houston Texans. Trump keeps losing and losing and losing and ...

You obviously don't understand why MO Brooks will do what he is going to do ....

And how martial law will be implimented because of what he is going to do.....after the fact.

You see you don't understand Trump's biggest asset.....

He is not a politician....

And doesn't give a shit about political etiquette....

But what he truly excels at is finding solutions and having the BALLS to impliment those solutions....

And you and your ilk are sitting here acting as though the rules of political correctness and conduct applies to him.

They don't.

Because he isn't a politician. ...

Now let's do a little exercise .......

Trump knows the election was rigged......and so do a vast number of Americans ...

18 states backed Texas which is unprecedented in the modern era....and over 75 million Americans and probably a hell of a lot more agree that the election was rigged.

The evidence of not just election rigging but also foreign election  interference by China is mounting ...

Again Trump isn't a politician and hates to lose especially under these circumstances...

And again...Trump isn't a politician. ..

So, you better realize that he is out for justice and will do what politicians never dare to do....

You are to cowardly to even look for yourself .....because you think Trump wouldn't dare. .. when there are millions who want him to dare....

Remember election rigging + foreign election interference because thats his path ...
