California church stabbing suspect had been deported three times, officials say

Fernando De Jesus Lopez-Garcia has an extensive criminal history that includes domestic violence convictions and assault with a dealy weapon

 

Fernando De Jesus Lopez-Garcia, 32, was previously deported three times. Detainer requests lodged by immigration officials were ignored despite his extensive criminal history, officials said Wednesday.
