I read the complaint it is hilarious.

Some of it is pretty suspect, but thats partly because of how voluminous it is.    They've thrown everything out there even if its pretty questionable hoping that it will all be added up cumulatively.   Not a bad tactic.

It's a terrible tactic and it's illegal

Lawyers are not permitted to bring frivolous suits

In the United States, Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and similar state rules require that an attorney perform a due diligence investigation concerning the factual basis for any claim or defense. Jurisdictions differ on whether a claim or defense can be frivolous if the attorney acted in good faith.

This isnt frivolous in the least.    There are signed affidavits from hundreds of people.

Affidavits do not go in court unless the witness is dead.

Powell makes the same allegations Tucker Carlson called her on

 She provides no evidence.

Just before midnight on Wednesday, Sidney Powell finally “released the Kraken,” filing lawsuits in Michigan and Georgia that allege “massive electoral fraud” in both states.  But both filings are mainly rehashes of previously debunked claims mixed with some new allegations of voter fraud which are once again not backed up with any real evidence.

Thats not true.    Affidavits are used as evidence all the time.    If the opposing lawyer objects to an affidavit based on hearsay, the judge may sustain the motion and require the person to testify in person, or he may overrule the objection.
