Here we go..More Theater for his hillbillys...trump to travel ‘unannounced’ to FAKE ‘hearing’ on election fraud

Recommended Posts

Trump is planning to make a surprise visit to a fake legislative “hearing” in Pennsylvania, CNN and The New York Times reported Tuesday night.

“Trump is expected to join [Rudy] Giuliani in Gettysburg, PA tomorrow where GOP state lawmakers are holding a ‘hearing’ on allegations of fraud in the 2020 election, two sources familiar with the plans tell me. Not on his schedule, but being planned as an unannounced movement,” CNN’s Jeremy Diamond reported Thursday.

Maggie Haberman of The New York Times confirmed the report.

“Confirmed to me by two people briefed on the plans. Some aides had tried talking him out of this,” Haberman reported.

The hearing is not a formal legislative hearing, but is being held by the Pennsylvania Senate Majority Policy Committee, which is a subset of the GOP caucus. It is not being held at the capitol, but at a Wyndham Hotel.

Edward-Isaac Dovere of The Atlantic argued that the point of the event had nothing to do with discovering fraud.

“The president will take a taxpayer funded trip on Air Force One and commit police resources to protect him so he can participate in a staged event meant to undermine the legitimacy of American democracy rather than have any actual legal effect,” Dovere wrote.

I am a Dem Party voter, so I am an idiot. Therefore I will do something idiotic here and deem Trumpists as, you rednecks, even tho the President received 200% more negro womens' votes than he got in 2016 and 25% more negro mens' vote than he got in 2016 and he received 22% more HISP votes than he received in 2016.

I hate it when people are allowed to learn the truth about Trump's greatness!!

It’s not over in Pennsylvania yet!

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals in PA just granted the Trump campaign’s request for an expedited review of a lower court’s decision.

The court’s decision comes after a U.S. District Court Judge in Pennsylvania dismissed the Trump campaign’s original lawsuit that tried to stop the certification of the election.

There’s still hope in Pennsylvania folks, let’s see how this plays out.

Fox News broke the story and had these details to offer:

The Third Circuit Court of Appeals granted the Trump campaign’s request for an expedited review of a lower court’s decision to dismiss a lawsuit over voting in Pennsylvania.

Trump campaign attorney Jenna Ellis tweeted the news with an image of the court record Monday morning.

The appeal comes after U.S. District Court Judge Matthew Brann in Pennsylvania threw out the campaign’s lawsuit, which sought an injunction that would stop the certification of the election in Pennsylvania. Most counties in the state are expected to certify their results on Monday.

The Trump campaign argued that the Constitution’s guarantee of equal protection under the law was violated by the state when counties took different measures to inform voters of technical issues that arose with the unprecedented number of mail-in ballots.

The New York Post added to the story too:

President Trump’s legal team has filed paperwork to appeal a federal judge’s ruling that struck down the campaign’s attempt to stop votes being certified in Pennsylvania.

Attorneys for the Trump campaign filed a notice of appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit on Sunday — a day before Pennsylvania’s 67 counties were set to certify their results and send them to state officials.

Judge Matthew Brann dismissed the campaign’s lawsuit Saturday.

In his ruling, Brann said that he “has no authority to take away the right to vote of even a single person, let alone millions of citizens.”...
