2 X Popular Vote Losing trump dealt a Legally Fatal Death Blow by a Pennsylvania Judge on Saturday.

The ruling was described as a “total shellacking.”

Trump’s efforts to stay in power despite losing the 2020 presidential campaign were dealt a legally fatal death blow by a Pennsylvania judge on Saturday.

Refusing to accept defeat and Trump lashed out on Twitter, attacking Marc Elias, the chief lawyer for Democrats.

This is not at all frivolous. It is brought on behalf of one of the most respected members of the United States Congress who is disgusted, like so many others, by an Election that is a fraudulent mess. Fake ballots, dead people voting, no Republican Poll Watchers allowed, & more!

🚨
BREAKING: Republican Congressman Mike Kelly has filed a new frivolous lawsuit in Pennsylvania seeking to block the state from certifying the election results and having the state legislature choose electors. This is absolutely shameful. https://democracydocket.com/cases/pennsylvania-vbm-certification-challenge/
Elias gave his perspective on living in Trump’s head.

“I guess I should be happy that I am apparently now living rent free in Trump’s head, except it’s dirty, dingy and empty,” Elias tweeted.

George Conway, who has also received the wrath of Trump, added his thoughts.

“I can attest it’s very, very spacious up there,” Conway wrote.

expected.  quicker to SCOTUS now.

Yes.   The judge’s ruling was pathetic. In summary:   “Who cares if some counties changed the rules illegally?   Who cares about the facts or the law?   You just can’t do unprecedented things!  You can’t just throw out 7 million votes just because they were illegal “

LMAO

Republicans launch Pennsylvania lawsuit that argues GOP-backed bill allowing universal mail voting is unconstitutional

Many observers were simply perplexed. For starters, the bill was passed over a year ago, raising questions as to why its constitutionality wasn't brought up between then and now. Plus, it was pushed through thanks to a majority GOP state legislature, with only one Republican member of the state House voting against it, while GOP senators backed it unanimously.

NEW: A group of 8 Republicans, including Congressman Mike Kelly & PA-17 candidate Sean Parnell are suing the GOP majority PA General Assembly, Gov. Tom Wolf, and Sec. of State Kathy Boockvar, claiming Act 77, which allowed for mail-in voting, is unconstitutional. THREAD /1

Act 77 passed with majority Republican support in a GOP-controlled legislature in 2019. It allowed for mail-in voting and eliminated straight party ticket ballots. It passed the House 138-61, with only one GOP "No" vote. It passed the Senate 30-20 with all GOP voting "Yes". /2

In the lawsuit, filed this morning in Commonwealth Court, plaintiffs say Act 77 is "unconstitutional," and "implemented illegally." They argue it's an illegal attempt to override limitations on absentee voting, and needed to go through a constitutional amendment first /3
