Harvard keeps affirmative action

I've already reported how Harvard is the worst college in the United States.  Their admissions standards are about that of community colleges in West Virginia; and many of their majors and courses are utterly worthless.

Affirmative Action.

Blacks want to be treated equal to all other people, as long as their are hired for no other reason than the color of their skin.

It’s been that way since America’s founding.

Color of skin mattered then and it matters now.

You dumbass.

Why should it matter?

I will tell you why.

Because if racism ever goes away, blacks have nothing more to fall back on ... they would have to be responsible, and would be held accountable.

Cant have that can we?

It matters cuz whites got the head start and they got the legacies.

If you truly cared about getting rid of AA then get rid of college legacies as well cuz they’ve always favored whites in overwhelming numbers.

I wish racism would go away but only when assholes like you die off.

By fighting for these policies blacks are admitting that they are unable to compete. And all of this talk about 'legacy' is bullshit. First generation immigrants from Asia and India are the ones they are competing against at Harvard.

Bullshit! It’s leveling the playing field.

Yeah, we all know the "field" needs to be leveled against whitey ... as explained below in a post about so-called white privilege.

"Interestingly, several black immigrant groups such as Nigerians, Barbadians, Ghanaians and Trinidadians & Tobagonians have a median household income well above the American average. Ghanian Americans, to take one example, earn more than several specific white groups such as Dutch Americans, French Americans, Polish Americans, British Americans and Russian Americans. Do Ghanaians have some kind of sub-Saharan African privilege?

Nigerian Americans, meanwhile, are one of the most educated groups in America, as one Rice University survey indicates. Though they make up less than 1 percent of the black population in America, nearly 25 percent of the black student body at Harvard Business School in 2013 consisted of Nigerians. In post-bachelor education, 61 percent of Nigerian Americans over the age of 25 hold a graduate degree compared to only 32 percent for the US-born population.

These facts challenge the prevailing progressive notion that America’s institutions are built to universally favor whites and “oppress” minorities or blacks. On the whole, whatever “systemic racism” exists appears to be incredibly ineffectual, or even nonexistent, given the multitude of groups who consistently eclipse whites."

It's one of the toughest schools to get in to

The Harvard case has been closely watched from the start because of the prevalence of affirmative action practices nationwide. It took on new relevance this summer as the country focused on systemic racism, ignited by the May 25 police killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis.

So the higher ups are saying by skin color not merit ?

I don't know...something about that seems wrong.
