Biden's day was worse than that …

While President Donald Trump was nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court today, Joe Biden was being interviewed from his home by MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle and trying simply to answer questions coherently. And failing.

During the interview, Biden tried to attack President Donald Trump, saying that only 1% of the money in the Paycheck Protection Plan had been paid out. This, of course, was false, as billions has gone out and it’s had to be replenished because the initial amount was given out.

He realized what he was saying was wrong, but he still couldn’t remember or figure out what he was talking about. As he tried you could see Stephanie Ruhle’s face, she looked like she was thinking “my gosh, really?” Finally she just had to step in and tell him what the answer was, Mainstream Lending Program, it looked like maybe she checked notes, so I wonder if that was a prepared question/answer.

What would he do without helpful and supportive media propping him up at every turn?

It got worse. Look at her face as he completely loses it here, I don’t even have any idea who he’s talking about when he mentions “John” or what he’s really saying. Does he mean the president? Biden is a complete mess, he’s inventing imaginary people now.

He then went over the slide and compared Trump to Goebbels. Just completely offensive.

But if all the above wasn’t enough, he had another “what the heck” moment as well today.

While he was virtually speaking to the United States Conference of Mayors, he was describing how long he’d been in the Senate, saying that he got there, “180 years ago.”

The problem of course, is that doesn’t feel that far off when it was over forty years ago and unfortunately he comes across like it.

Biden’s supposed to be debating on Tuesday. Is he even going to make it?

And mind you, the MSNBC interview took place IN THE MORNING … long before a person with dementia and/or alzheimers would sundown.    Now perhaps his campaign has been trying to alter his circadian rhythm in preparation for the debate … to fool his body into thinking night is morning so he’s more lucid then.   But if that were the case, why wouldn’t they conduct interviews like this in the evening when the debate is just days away?

Now, here was the extent of Biden's campaign yesterday …

Wow, look at that crowd.  Look at that enthusiasm!   But where was Joe?  In the basement.

Here was part of Trump's campaign yesterday …

The difference is night and day.

Biden's campaign today …  in the basement.

Trump's campaign today …

DemocRATS are asking ... https://thehill.com/opinion/campaign/518180-when-will-basement-biden-get-in-the-game "When will 'Basement Biden' get in the game?"   I think the answer to that is NEVER, because he can’t even conduct an interview from his basement during the best part of his day.

@BeAChooser I will say it again. The Honorable President Donald J. Trump is the best President in modern history, and I would dare say he is in the tope 3 or 4 of all time.

Donald J. Trump has earned a spot at Mt. Rushmore.

They really need to put an age limit on government. If you can retire in this country at 63, you should not be able to be a part of government into your 70's and 80's.

I am thinking 65 should be the max.

I know Trump is over 65 and has done a decent job, but moving forward we need those in government to be between 35 and 60 ideally.

Before 35 you aint lived enough to know shit yet, and after 65 you are just spent.

You must be young (yet) 😎

Term limits (would greatly reduce any aged people) along with a standardized mental acuity test, zero benefits, zero pay (except for actual expenses) eliminating all the greed, graft and bullshitery capital hill has become...

then there's the lobbyists, endless vacations, trips an spending half of your time fundraising for your party...AAACK!
I gotta stop...it's too much... I don't want anyone to go off the deep end...well, just me...

I wouldn't stress an age requirement as much I would a person in government having mental faculties and being periodically tested. Although age can very well affect mental well being, both should be taken into account.
