Just who did Kyle Rittenhouse shoot/kill in the Kenosha Riot??

Recommended Posts

From one of Rittenhouse's lawyers...

Pierce addressed a possible plea deal:

We’re going to trial. We’re going to win this case. If I’m the prosecutor, I drop these charges immediately. I think that this is a rush of judgment, and if I was the prosecutor, I would be terrified to take this case to trial. I do not believe that there’s a jury in this country that’s going to look at these facts and is going to find him guilty for murder.”

“It’s absolute 100 percent self-defense, and we’re going to prove it if we have to,” concluded Pierce. “It was legal for him to possess that weapon in Wisconsin.”

He was living the life long dream of the Demorat by being a talented skate boarder.......could they set their goals any lower?

Uhh, with a fire extinguisher.   There is actually video footage of that too.   The kid can be seen putting out a fire in rolling dumpster that the "protestors" had just lit and we

My understanding is that as a minor it was not legal for him to possess that rifle. Also carrying it across state lines may have been illegal.

In Wisconsin is there a limit to the amount of force you can use to defend yourself from attack?

You can not use deadly force to defend property. But, if you are standing protecting property and someone attacks you to get at that property, then all bets are off. You are in fear for your life, and its wack a looter time~!

stop pretending he was innocent.

the whole reason he went was to shoot and kill.

He was there to defend.

He is a concerned  citizen, and sounds  like a good kid.   Earlier that day  he was  lifeguarding and then  cleaning the graffiti off  public  buildings.

Where did   you get the  idea he was there to  kill?  Why would a  lifeguard  want to  kill someone?

Here the   guy who got shot  in the   arm

What is that in his right  hand?    Kyle is on his back fearing for his life

The claim is that this man always had his handgun pointing at the ground. Seems to me he's raising it to shoot.

Wait,,, are you saying  that  Blake was  putting  the  knife  AWAY?

And that is why   he was ignoring the cops and  reaching for the   floor of the car?

@AnotherJim

@SixShooter

@LaughinAtLefty

I'm repeating what you rightwingers are saying.

You have a conflict - claiming he was brandishing the knife and threatening the

police and also claiming there was no knife, it was in the car all along.

YOu have made up too many versions that don't fit the facts;

you need to collude and decide which will be  "the official rightwinger story".

Man!  That Rittenhouse kid's pic with the gun is bone-chilling!

It is just like the children in Somalia who are forced to

join the army.  We are now a third world country.

Pointing toward the ground. It would take less than a second to point & shoot.

This kid is like John Candy falling on the ground and trying

to get up again with his gun.  Kind of a beached whale ---

he couldn't get upright!  :D   Kind of like a turtle

that has been flipped.

Yes.  And you all claimed he was endangered.

But he is calmly strolling - not trying to get to

safety or anything.

He was not protecting property.

He was trying to stir up trouble.  And he did.

Kyle is  on the ground.

If a guy is running at you with a gun,  you do not have to wait for  him to pull the  trigger

No  he ended the trouble.

He took out  3 felons who  tried to  kill him and  were there to  start trouble

This is not going to the first time nor the last. No way of predicting the next time but there will be more riots and more people that should simply stay home but they can't help themselves and so put themselves in harms way.

Yep. And the media will blame it all on Trump.

Kinda convenient, being an election year and all...

Nothing new about people blaming anything and everything on the President. Years ago, I read on another forum how the forest fires in Central Idaho were the fault of Obama.

Eh, Trump gets much more negative reporting than any other president, especially Obama.
