Cue the boycott brigade...

So you are saying when an elected official voices a personal opinion it is considered (legally) a government action?

Cite the federal court ruling stating that.  Remember, articles with just whining by a SNOWFLAKE isn’t law.

No it was more than a personal opinion.  Besides calling for people to boycott the NFL he also threatened to pull the NFL anti-trust exemption if they did not change their practice.  That is a strong arm tactic by the government.

First article has the Trump tweet starting with “If...”, not a call for a boycott.  Realistically, not even a statement of fact.

From the second link, they put up key points before the article;

KEY POINTS
  • Trump appears to have been referring to the National Football League’s former status as a tax-exempt nonprofit.
  • But the league gave up that position in 2015 after NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell said the organization had been “mischaracterized repeatedly.”

Do you even read the articles you link?

And Trump IS the government.  So when he says people should boycott the NFL over players kneeling that is the government exercising overreach into private industry,  I though the GOP was totally against that.

God damn you're a fucking moron. 🤣Show us where Trump signed an executive order forcing you to boycott the NFL. Wait...You can't? Well there goes your fucking retarded point. 😆

He didn't say that.  He said if they express their feelings by kneeling during the anthem, he won't watch.

You seem to forget, elected officials don't surrender their rights when they assume office.  The exact same freedoms that allow those people to kneel, allow Trump (and others) to publicly criticize them, to elect not to watch them compete and (if they choose to take it that far) to not contribute any of their money to organizations that pay and/or support them.

Sounds like you need to grow up.

the president of the united states of america doesn't like people using their rights. this should bother all american citizens.

and what does trump really want? police to be able to use bodily harm at their own will, even a lot of police officers feel that is wrong. and is this is just a blm thing? I have personally seen police brutality committed by white officers on white people, completely unwarranted.  obviously both you and trump and  feel that police officers should be able to beat and kill whoever they want for any reason and at anytime. and you and trump feel that all sports should be abolished because players might object to the practices of a few cops who use their jobs to act out their homicidal tendencies.

of course your usual tactic along with trump is to call anyone disagrees with you stupid.

You don't have a right to politically protest while on the clock, dumbass. 🤣 You probably don't know this because you obviously don't work for a living.

show me that law.

Why would there be a law about something you have no right to, to begin with?

There WOULD BE a law protecting workers from protesting at work but there isn't because you DO NOT have a right to protest at work. 😆
