LOL. Even Trump's acting chief of staff admitted there was a quid pro quo.

No he did not, not with regard to what Trump was charged with.   Quid Pro Quo is not unlawful.  As for the funds paid which were authorized by congress, there was plenty of testimony by those actually involved in the conversations that there was no quid pro quo.  Trump's chief of staff was not a party to those conversations.

You already admitted in this thread that you would not care if Trump committed murder

Yes I did.  So what?  Completely irrelevant to what we are talking about here Bill.  You are deflecting because you lost this argument hands down.

He is as guilty as hell.

Guilty as hell says nothing.  You are now saying nothing.  Give it up, you lost.

If tens of thousands can line up in the streets to burns and destroy, then they can walk into a polling station.

clearly we CAN NOT have mail in voting   holy shit folks...what is wrong with you   If you can protest,  you can vote in person    if you can  wait in line to see John Le

We do not have "national voting". We have simultaneous local voting supervised by state and county officials. No one has proposed that the entire country have nationally controlled mail in voting as T

LOL. Everyone in the administration acknowledged that Trump threatened to withhold vital funds authorized by Congress unless Zelensky announced he'd be opening an investigation of Trump's primary political opponent, so that Trump could personally gain in his re-election bid.

You are spinning lies and nonsense.

You simply don't give a damn about Trump's criminality and make excuses for his aberrant and treasonous behavior.

The American people will sweep him out.

Idioms.  who knew they were that difficult?

The   idiom of a drug deal  is the   exchange of   money for  drugs.

What money was  exchanged  for   what  drugs?

Drug deal is specific... look it up.

Disagree. Ever since seeing Mr Smith goes to Washington in black and white I have long been curious about what would happen if a pragmatic citizen with no real history in politics was elected. The Trump election has answered those questions and in a fashion that should concern all Americans. Politically unaffiliated citizens are not welcome. A left leaning private citizen would have gotten the same treatment as Trump. That should bother you but, for partisan loyalty reasons, it likely won't.

You use the words "Trump" and "pragmatic" in the same sentence? LOL.

This is what happens when a country elects a con-man with a narcissist personality disorder, the emotional IQ of an infant, and no "moral values" beyond pure selfishness, and he's an incompetent asshole to boot.

Say goodbye. The national nightmare will end soon.

That is not an idiom.  That is, in fact,  the explicit meaning of those words.  An idiom is a group of words having a meaning not deducible from those of the individual words. (e.g., rain cats and dogs,  kill two birds with one stone, let the cat out of the bag, costs an arm and a leg, etc.).

You really are dumb.... stubborn, thick, dull, and dumb

Go bravely heal someone ... somewhere else, you boring shitwhistle.

There is no idiom there.

So...  you think that Bolton was actually suggesting that the clown was attempting to bury drugs from Zelensky?

The fact that you don't agree with the accuracy of the idiom does not make it anything other than an idiom.... so your stupid stupid "what money was exchanged for what drugs" just proves that you are not here for discussion.... just throwing bricks.

I swear, you and skans are nothing but interwebz tarbabies.

both of you refuse to acknowledge that, regardless of how fervently you believe your opinions to be accurate, that fervency does not turn an opinion into a fact.  For example, your continued characterization of Obama as the most corrupt president in history is without basis in fact.  The facts would say exactly the opposite.  His administration had WAY fewer indictments and convictions than ANY in the last 100 years..... mister idiom.

Person after person testified that was precisely what happened. Bolton also confirmed this. As did Nick "get over it" Mulveny.

You are living in denial.

I don't care if 99 out of 100 people said what you said they said (they didn't, but that's another matter).  Everyone in the Trump Administration did not say such a thing.  That was your outrageous statement and a lie among lies I just could not ignore.  Let's start with Vice President - show me where he said such a thing; then the secretary of state, oh, I can go on and on, but you get the point.  A few non-key people said that Trump asked a question about this privately among his advisors.  That is not quid pro quo; and it is not illegal - it is a President asking for advice, just like he should.

Back to the topic,

Most here do not and can not realize how much a logistical mess it would be to have wholesale mail in voting nationwide. Give it some time and possibly in the future but from someone who manages a very large database....  it would be a disaster of epic proportions.
