I would suggest that officer Chauvin was charged with the appropriate crimes and that a jury of his peers will find him guilty of those crimes.  Wanna bet?

YES!

Not the jury verdict, but the FINAL DECISION upon appeal(s).

Do you know what that means, DUMBASS?

9 black jury members.     1992.      O.J. Simpson.    He killed 2 white people.    Out of sexual jealousy.

But the jury...........gave him......."a pass'.   They rendered not guilty.........regardless of a mountain of

facts.    Because O.J. was black.    His victims where white.

And the scream......and the rage.......set into my heart.        BLACK EVIL RACISM !!!!

Against my people.

Is it wrong to fight against evil ?                   🥃

I do... and what tap dance do you plan on performing when he found guilty and goes to prison for his daily black knee to white neck massages and his nightly black cocks into white mouths/assholes cum baths?

You REALLY don't understand, do you, DUMBASS!

It matters NOT what the jury in Minnesota says, it's the FINAL VERDICT ON THE FINAL APPEAL, at which point the cop will be found NOT GUILTY OF THE CRIME THE DA IN MINNEAPOLIS has currently charged him with.

Mirabeau can arrange for a third-party escrow agent to hold the funds, and the final wager agreement,  but YOU'D BETTER MAKE IT WORTH MIRABEAU'S WHILE.  None of this $500.00, $5,000.00 or $10,000.00 peon wagering.

WHAT IS YOUR WAGER?

OJ  did not come out of this okay. He did time in jail, he has a huge judgement against him,  and he has not killed any more people. What OJ REALLY did was to demonstrate that with enough money and good lawyers and no eyewitnesses, any rich man could get away with murder.

Slavery wasn't confronted?

Granting complete legal equality is not an atonement?

No.

A national reckoning such as the reconciliation trials in South Africa might do this.

We still have a lot of Black hating White supremacists in this country. Many right here in this forum.

Who do we try for a practice that ended 150 years ago?

You are either IGNORANT or a LIAR.

No . . . wait . . . you're BOTH, and Mirabeau can PROVE IT by asking you ONE question.

Where, in the Constitution of the United States of America, is the specific language PROHIBITING a state from seceding from the union?

ask a former darling of the right  Justice Antonin Scalia

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia stated, "If there was any constitutional issue resolved by the Civil War, it is that there is no right to secede."

The original idea was that this country would be an alliance of thirteen sovereign countries banded together for the purpose of defense and trade.

That did not work out, the currency was worthless, there was insufficient unity under the Articles of Confederation, and elected a president. The War of 1812 sort of proved that the British could invade at will. They overran Washington and burned the White House.

We try those who are still stirring up hatred. And more important, vote all their sorry asses out of power.

Good lord. Why does everyone eventually expose themselves as an authoritarian at heart? Try people for "stirring up hatred." And we do this with some tenuous connection to slavery. I must ask: do you try the people who post on twitter things like "white lives don't matter" and such?

"Vote their sorry asses out of power."

Yes. This is how it's done. Why is that your second suggestion, following a vague authoritarian suggestion?

By "try them" I did not mean actually haul them into court.
Judge them as incompetent ignoramuses and vote their sorry asses out of power.

FAIL!

The question was, WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IS THE LANGUAGE WHICH PROHIBITS A STATE FROM SECEDING FROM THE UNION?

Direct us to that SPECIFIC LANGUAGE, NOW!

But let's not let those FACTS mess up her fiction.

RIGHT?

Yikes!... We Caucasoids get to know our generations of ancestors. But the negros our Founding Fathers abducted, will never know theirs.

And you can mock them here, as if they are not human and as if they know no such words as ancestry or heritage or ethnics. Wow.

This is a generalized, irrational, illogical fallacy.

Since it is loaded with your fatuity and your racist stereotypes, then it is a form of malice which proves you hate Black people as according to any dictionary's denotative meaning of hate... For example, Merriam-Webster:

It did NOT end 150 years ago. According to the 13rh Amendment:

13th Amendment

Primary tabs

Amendment XIII

Section 1.

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

Section 2.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

Slavery is legal for convicts in the US.  Slavery is NOT legal for convicts according to the UN Charter or the constitutions of nearly every nation on this planet.

Cite for the court ruling where that comment appeared.

If it was just a comment made in a Q & A at some conference...it's just an opinion.  The argument can be made that the 10th Amendment settles the issue.

Article IV, Section III, Clause 1 give Congress the sole authority to admit new states and requires their permission before states can merge or be created within the boundaries of an existing state.  However, nowhere in the Constitution does it mention secession.  Therefore, I point to the 10th Amendment;

"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

Since the Constitution does not grant any body the power to authorize secession, the 10th Amendment gives the power to secede to the individual states.  So, unless a SCOTUS ruling can be produced where Justice Scalia stated states have no right to secede, it's just a personal opinion of someone no longer with us.

wow.  And people ON HERE say that racism is no longer a problem in America.

what color is the sky in their world?

TRUTH IS NOT RACIST:

From an old article by Fred Reed:

Permit me a revisionist view of slavery.

I suggest that blacks ought to be grateful that their faster ancestors caught their slower ancestors -- which is exactly what happened -- and sold them to the Arab slavers. American blacks would otherwise be somewhere on the Slave Coast of Africa, barefoot, illiterate, blankly ignorant, wearing loincloths, living in stick huts that would give Eeyore the willies, and shuddering with malaria. That's what Africa is: primitive, hopeless, godawful. I've been in Masai hutments, spent time in the outback of Cuando Cubango. It's not Stone Age. It's more like Stick Age. No country in Africa today comes close, or ever has, to the culture of Fifth Century Athens, 2500 years ago.

Yes, slavery was brutal and ugly. It was, however, hard on the slaves, not on today's blacks. Slavery brought our blacks into contact with a vastly superior civilization from which they benefit enormously, and without the slightest gratitude. Everything blacks enjoy in this country today -- air-conditioning, writing, automobiles, television, medicine, welfare, everything -- they enjoy only because they were brought here. Further, they have contributed almost nothing to the industrial and technological flowering that has provided the benefits they enjoy.

I begrudge them none of this. I am, however, tired of endlessly being blamed for their problems.
