I do not think that there are many disputes between the Taliban and Al Qaeda, but the Taliban are focused on Afghanistan, while Al Qaeda is an international group that seeks to unify ALL Muslims everywhere.

Correct. Taliban has no international ambitions.

I don’t know how we can anymore blame Trump for Covid deaths in NewYork than we can rioting in Portland or shootings in Chicago.

It's unbelievable the amount of fear mongering they're attempting to do to further sabotage the economy.

Combine the two and 90 percent or greater have a serious issue.  Also the 50 percent of less intelligent kids will not learn anything that they can use, the 50 best percent will get by, so this plan abandons 50 percent of kids at least

I've always said that if the district expels all the behavioral kids, and leave the kids who treat education for the value it is, then Nevada's ranking will skyrocket.

It wasn't collusion, they refused to arrest them out of tribal custom. Watch or read lone survivor. It explains in pretty good detail the tribal custom I am referring to.

Sanction is collusion.

Actually, it would not have been necessary to shoot Hitler. All that was required would have been to pay a shitload of money for his paintings and  rent him a nice studio in Paris. He was not all that bad a painter, certainly more talented than Andy Warhol.

Wrong because the expelled kids will be counted

No they wouldnt. Completely delete them from the system altogether. Permanently expel them. Society will always need dishwashers, street cleaners, and strippers.

Actually you end up paying for their welfare and the crime they cause.

They cause it anyway. They still commit crimes. Just because they showed up to school and get handed a piece of paper doesn't mean they know anything. Out here, there are grads who can barely read and write. They cant figure out how to add negative numbers, yet somehow , magically, they got through algebra 2. They push them through. Nothing more. So these idiots end up on welfare and in prison anyway. Expelling them at least saves some money in the education department.

The CDC now independently confirms recent research by Stanford University that COVID-19 has an extremely low death rate. This exposes the Technocrat hysteria as being man-made and not based on any real, verified data. ⁃ TN Editor

Most people are more likely to wind up six feet under because of almost anything else under the sun other than COVID-19.

The CDC just came out with a report that should be earth-shattering to the narrative of the political class, yet it will go into the thick pile of vital data and information about the virus that is not getting out to the public. For the first time, the CDC has attempted to offer a real estimate of the overall death rate for COVID-19, and under its most likely scenario, the number is 0.26%. Officials estimate a 0.4% fatality rate among those who are symptomatic and project a 35% rate of asymptomatic cases among those infected, which drops the overall infection fatality rate (IFR) to just 0.26% — almost exactly where Stanford researchers pegged it a month ago.

I am a liberal and I find some rates of mortality "acceptable".

What rate?  The one that doesn't include anybody I know or love.

So, you get no footing on this issue.

However, I think it would be worthwhile to find the numbers on those who are not really recovering but are finding themselves

with significant health issues following their infection.

For kids and teachers they are far more likely to die from the flu. We don't close schools for influenza.

Why are kids and teachers far more likely to die?

The last I heard, old people were at the greatest risk BY FAR.

From the flu? Because it's more lethal for their age demographic than covid19. Both are acceptably rare.

My bad - I thought you were talking about  COVID

And not of word of any of this was read by Trump.

That's disingenuous...you were touting about Obama/Biden handling virus successes compt to President Trump...I called you out on it and now you move the goalposts to put it on President Trump who NOW should have read about their failures and made adjustments...BS at best...

I saw the link about New Yorkers blaming Cuomo, But I skimmed and didn't see anything about housing people in nursing homes.

Really?

A state report on Cuomo’s decision to order nursing homes to take in COVID positive patients in the early days of the pandemic fails to deal with the central question: did such admissions lead to more infection and death, and if so how significantly.

The "mob" is no different than the National Socialist Workers Party of 1920's and 30's Germany... and the Democrat Party is attempting to use them to push their own agenda. What the Dems don't realize is, the "mob" will just as readily eat them as anyone else that gets in their way.

All the pandering in the world won't do a thing to appease them.

This is what cracks me up about the loony lefts agenda. They think if they let the idiots run wild, burn down the cities, that if/when they win the election, they will be able to put the genie back into the bottle. The idiot mayor in Portland and our(Wisconsin) own openly gay, white dem state senator, found out the hard way they the anarchist don't care about them. They will burn lefties to the ground as quick as a con.
