Sorry, Roger Stone. You're Getting Sentenced to 9 YEARS In Prison, Because Donald Trump & His AG Jeff Sessions ORDERED All Federal Prosecutors To Seek The Harshest-Possible Penalties And Prison Terms For CONVICTED Multiple FELONS Like You

You're wrong... Apparently you did not read Burdick vs United States in its entirety and the Court's decision which colors the meaning of the above reference. Also, you apparently do not understand the definition of imputation.

At any rate the discussion between myself and the OP centers on his ridiculous assertion that certain rights are not restored upon full pardon which is patently false.

Damn fine tap dancing.

Not a chance.

You dip-shit Adolescent Socialist Malcontents fucked this thing up as bad as Trump's Impeachment.

Ha!

Actually he was convicted by a jury of 12 people, after hearing all of the evidence.

So the well connected should receive special favors from prosecutors, and every day Americans should not.

That the story you’re sticking with?

Governor Mike Huckabee is recommending...………."Commute"...…...by the President.

It is legal, ethical, and very appropriate in this situation.

I concur.                        🍸

And you failed to post the portion of Burdick you claim supports your stupidity.

And I might say the same to you... Supreme Court decisions can be very complicated things. Cherry picking a sentence and making a conclusion without taking into consideration the whole is the definition of legal stupidity. If you would like to restate your argument in a more intelligent and coherent fashion that indicates you have in fact read the entire decision then and only then will I waste my time countering any ridiculous assumptions you care to make.

There seems to be a prima fascia case indicating that a properly impaneled jury did not exist and therefore could not render a legally binding decision. Evidence continues to mount that the foreman, a trained lawyer, lied during voir dire. This not only means that she is guilty of perjury but in fact vacates her status as a juror therefore there was no proper jury impaneled to hear the charges and any disposition rendered should be immediately vacated.

I disagree... If the judge does not vacate the decision based on no proper jury being in paneled due to the perjury of the foreman then the only recourse of the president is to bestow a full and complete pardon.

I can work with that.

I could be wrong, but I am guessing the defense will win the appeal

and there will a new trial that will drag out forever.

I'm guessing that there won't be an appeal because Trump will probably pardon the individual before he serves one day in jail. Especially if this leftist biased judge does not vacate the verdict.

The story is... the Fact.

He did not get the Fair and Impartial Trial that All Americans are Constitutionally entitled to when accused of a crime.

Oopsie.

Maybe President DILDOnald, Our One-Term Carnival-Barking CLOWN should have retained those lighter, easier Obama-era prison-sentencing DOJ Guidelines, eh?

Sorry, Roger. Try to take your punishment like a MAM.

You did the crimes, now you'll do the time.......a LONG time.

Hey! No sense in being angry with me, or the LEFT. Your Republican Party's Official Trump Administration DOJ Felon Sentencing and Charging Policy is doing this to you.

Not the Democrats. Not the Resistance. Just Trump and Jeff Sessions.

IMMUTABLE FACTS-

1) You pleaded your innocence before a Fair Jury of Your Peers, just like any non-remorseful other multiple-FELON indicted CRIMINALS.

2) You REFUSED to cooperate with the Trump Administration;s FEDERAL Prosecutors.

3) A Jury of Your Peers CONVICTED you on all 7 FELONY counts.

4) JUSTICE HAS BEEN SERVED. You are now and forever going to be listed and recognized as a filthy convict multiple-FELON.

5) On February 20th, a scant few days from now, you will be sentenced and then escorted off to PRISON.

And your prison term will be guided and decided by your own Republican Party DOJ Charging Policy.

Why? Because your own Republican President, Mr. Donald McFondle, and his #1 Republican Party Trump Devotee, the esteemed Trump Administration Attorneys General Mr. Jeffrey Beauregard Sessions in 2017 summarily issued new Trump-demanded nationwide ORDERS to EVERY Federal Prosecutor to seek the harshest indictments and prison sentences that were legally possible when determining what length of punishments should be pursued and then adjudicated when a felon is convicted.

And that 2017 Trump and Sessions DOJ Charging Policy decree notified all of our Federal Judges that they should be handing-down the SEVEREST prison sentences to all defendants that are found GUILTY.

This Official Trump Administration DOJ Charging Policy means that ALL guilty and convicted multiple felons like you should receive the LONGEST-possible prison sentences, long enough to allow you sufficient time to atone for your despicable criminality, and long enough for YOU to begin to repay your debt to society.

Enjoy those 8 or 9 years rotting-away in prison, Roger.

Your own Trump DOJ Policy means that you, Mr. Roger Stone, SHOULD get 8 or 9 years of prison time, and that you will probably spend that time servicing all of your new boyfriends in the neighboring cell block.

Wow! Think of how many of your fellow inmate Big Black Bubbas are going to be able to personalize your shweet! Nixon tattoo on your back, as they take and take and retake your anal cherry!

So, enjoy being the New Fresh Meat Prison Gay Bottom Pony Boy, as you pleasure all of your bareback riders, because the experience will be just like working under Trump in the White House. You finally made it to the bottom rung of the Trump Administration!

Poor bealoser loses again.
