YES it would !!  It would be COMPLETELY fair, and I would suggest the FIRST 7 Republican witnesses should be:

 

1.  Adam Schiff,

2.  Hunter Biden,

3.  Joe Biden,

4.  Whistle Blower #1

5.  Whistle Blower #2

6.  Jerry Nadler, and

7.  Nancy Pelosi

 

I would LOVE to hear about the COLLUSION to frame Trump by Adam Schiff, Jerry Nadler and Nancy Pelosi... corroborated by Whistleblower #1 and #2... to hear about Hunter Bidens CORRUPTION, and how much money he made... Joe Biden explaining why he FIRED the investigator to protect his son and then BRAGGED about it...
