XavierOnassis
If there are no witnesses allowed, the public will see the Senate trial as bogus... and rightfully so. And Trump will lose.

That would have given their obstruction charge teeth. As it stands now they sent in an incomplete and incompetent impeachment. It will be given the failing grade it deserves. Persepolis
Only in the demented mind of Trumpanzees is someone who hides evidence and witnesses "innocent," provided he's white, and is a bigot like them, and his name is Donald J. Trump!!! Imagine if John Gotti, the late Mafia boss was allowed to block witnesses (Sammy Gravano) who testified against him, and FBI tapes of his phone calls weren't allowed in as evidence!!! Basically Trump is running a criminal syndicate, and he's blocking his henchmen and documents from appearing in court!!! The Trump crimes syndicate is pictured below without Mike Pompeo, who was criminally covering up State Dept. documents at the time.

A ruling on the subpoenas has NOTHING to do with Trump's choice NOT TO COMPLY with them. Trump also wants to block any Senate testimony because the more we learn, the more crimes come to light. Scout
I sure wish you guys could come up with a argument that opposed my conclusion, but thus far you rightwingers are failing yet again. Just think, you all can't come up with any other conclusion that the one I stated that TRUMP MUST BE GUILTY IF HE DOESN"T WANT TESTIMONY.
