The suit goes on to state religious iconography and messages adorn the walls of the schools and that teachers proselytize their Christian faith.”

Sounds serious.

😂Willie’s PFSD from getting it in the ass from his priest is serious business.

The Church and State were separated in the U.S. Constitution by the Founding Fathers in the very first Amendment!

They knew even back in the 18th century that government and religion was a dangerous mix that would lead to wars and other conflicts.

But today's Republican Party is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Evangelical Church (and the NRA, and the tax evading corporations & individuals), and so religion has crept into our laws and forced it's many dubious precepts on those, who have no interest or belief in them!!!

One difficulty with Christianity shares with Islam, is that both insist that they are the One True Religion, and the followers believe this.

If there is only one true religion, then all other religions are false religions, because they do not share they same beliefs and practices. It is not true that all religions are basically the same, though they do have some beliefs in common.

some of our zaniest posters hail from Tennessee, a state where a republican Christian congressman raked in $3.5 million in farm subsidies for not growing crops while voting against food for hungry children.

this is the kind of Christianity they want to drill into children's heads, not do steal, cheat at business, lie and kill people as the kiddies might ask questions about their other son-0-god, trump.LOL

I have never had a jewish person show up at my door and tell me that unless I accept Judaism I will burn in hell for eternity. I never had a muslim knock on my door and tell me that unless I accept islam I will burn in hell for eternity.

but those gull derned Christians kept telling me that I will burn in hell unless I accepted jesus as my personal savior. I asked them where in the bible it said that and they threw out a few verses that meant no such thing.

What a miserable place Tennessee must be with Bible thumpers all over the public schools...

Time to suit up!

Just make special prayer rooms like leftist colleges do for Muslims.

How about some schools allowing trans-men to dress like whores and tell stories in front of little kids?

laton...I checked the dimensions of yer article and I'm sure it will fit right up yer azz.  😆

How do you define "Bible thumping"?

Constantly claiming that their beliefs should be codified into law, like claiming that Jesus, God or some other religious figure opposes things like homosexuality, abortion, divorce,  and equality of the sexes,  and that public institutions such as schools, prisons and legislative bodies should be required and even encouraged, to grant special privileges to Christian activities. That is how I would define it.
