Damn dude,

Can't you read?

Obstruction and abuse of power.

Get someone smart to understand it for you.

Do you know anyone smart?

Hey dumbass... See if you can find for me somewhere in the federal statutes the crime of abuse of power or obstruction of Congress, and the elements of the crime.

You and I both know there wasn't any "obstruction of congress" since the executive branch is a co-equal branch with congress and the president has executive privilege, which has been held up by the courts. They even held it up when Clinton was impeached.

C'mon stupid,

That is what Impeachment is.

No it isn't. You need to take a civics class. Impeachment is a political process. You don't have to have committed a crime to be impeached.

The articles of impeachment are charges that are sent to the senate for a trial. Even if he is removed, it does not mean he committed a crime.

Actually there is a federal statute for obstruction of Congress... Unfortunately it has absolutely nothing to do with the president refusing to cooperate with demands of Congress... As a matter of fact the elements of the crime are so far removed as to be ridiculous to cite it in this case.

Damn you dude, do you understand that Trump did not obstruct congress.  nan pelosa decided to shorten up the process and skip the courts, who are the final decision as to whether Trump has to give docs and testimony.  Since they skipped this step, they have no obstruction case.

Abuse of power can be construed for every president that lived.  But are you aware that no crimes are attached to the articles?  That means they could not find proof that he actually committed a crime, so they left that part out.  Pretty flimsy.  And it will be interesting to see if nan actually delivers the defective articles or makes a grandstand play about them.

And he is and will be your president for the next 5 years... at least! And that's forever.

Piss poor projection.

Actually he'll never measure up to be president,

He's just a rich kid having a tantrum.

the fact that the court accepted certiorari on Trump's other subpoenas that were issued that he contests is prima facie evidence that he has the right to withhold documents and testimony until the Court decides... Therefore the charge of obstruction is moot.

He has already measured up to be president.  Donald J. Trump is the President of the United States if you are confused a bit.  And he will be the President of the United States of America for the next 5 years, which will seem like a lifetime to you, and I am glad.  God bless Donald J. Trump.
