The US Supreme Court and impeachment

I think it is high time that the United States Supreme Court take up the issue of the constitutionality of impeachment. In this situation the court has original jurisdiction and I believe the time is ripe for the Republican Senate to file for writ of certiorari and an expedited review and decision to answer the question: what was the Founders intent. Additionally, the question of Articles of impeachment being deliberately held up and not sent to the Senate once resolution is passed, should also be addressed. One of the underline tenants of any right enumerated in the constitution is that there is no such thing as an absolute right. This is why we have what's Supreme Court. And it's high time we make use of it to safeguard from the excess of politically motivated partisan politicians who would subvert the ideals a fairness and due process for political gain.

By delaying the process and deliberately stalling Nancy Pelosi risks just such a situation that will force the US Supreme Court into the equation... Well done, thank you Nancy. You dumbass! As a political strategist she is an idiot.

The US Supreme Court determines constitutionality of any proceeding initiated by any government entity if needed. No rights enumerated in the Constitutiion are absolute... And the final Arbiter of any question of constitutionality rests solely with the United States Supreme Court. So endth the lesson.
