Don't you just love the way that nutty Nancy took credit for the USMCA. It's like she built a rocket all by herself and landed on Mars... She is a  truly disingenuous piece of $hit and is indicative what is wrong with leftist politicians in power today. And I'm sure the mob media will be in immediate lockstep with her lie.

What a bunch of horsesh!t.

$16 an hour?  By 2023?  Is that supposed to be impressive?  So now Ford will make all of their cars in Mexico for $16/hour instead of in Detroit or Kentucky or wherever?  And this is good...how?

Just another brick in the wall.  Corporate cvnts selling us out.

A couple each making $16/hour will earn $66,000 per year.

This is great news!!  I mean its not Hunter's salary, but its pretty good. :)

$66,000.  Is that a lot?  What's that after taxes?  Not much.

After you pay the taxes, you can take out another $13,000/year or more for decent health insurance for your family.  Possibly much more.  Or, you can spend less than that, maybe $7,000 per year, for insurance that won't cover anything.  Thank you very much for that.

We're already now down to the point where you have to cover everything besides taxes and healthcare for a family with $45,000.  Good luck.  That's absurd.  Maybe if you do live in Bumfvck, you'll be fine.  Or, if you live in Mexico.

So you are against someone making $16 bucks an hour for making parts that were previously made in china?

I am against corporate cvnts buying my politicians, stripping away barriers that prevent "American" corporations from enlisting slave labor in Asia OR Mexico, destroying manufacturing and undermining the economy back here, in the name of making a few extra bucks.

They call that "free trade", except the workers in these places are not especially free.  They have no labor laws, or they don't enforce them.  I don't want American workers of today to compete directly with people who essentially live in 1889 America, as far as working conditions go.
