And that is the fussy part. (which I appreciate, but care little for)

Have an extensive Athearn HO collection, Locomotive (EMD SD40's/SD45's and Tunnel Motor varieties) and freight cars of the Southern Railroads - Southern Pacific/Cotton Belt/Denver & Rio Grande Western/Santa Fe/Southern - Period dated from the 1960's and 70's.

But for me, it's the train consists and the track.

Am planning a glassed wall display that will allow Twelve train consists, 10'-11' long ea., with Two to Four locomotives ea., and 15-20 cars in a variety of consists - General freight/Lumber/Coal/Oil/Grain/Mill/Produce/Stock/Flat/etc... and caboose.

Weathering the Locomotives/Cars - is about as far as I go w/ the fussy stuff.
