Moving on...

How much weight do you lift (weight x reps x sets x days) a week for all lifts combined?

(...and other indicators that you may be a Liberal bag of mash potatoes)

I calculated this and was very surprised.

My simple daily maintenance workout:

(including a 2.5 mi. run and then a 0.5 mi. for time.)

Nine lifts/Two sets:

- Vertical Row

- Push-ups

- Horizontal Row

- Military Press

- Upright Row

- Sit-ups

- Body-weight Squats

- Pull-ups

- Bar-dips

Current calculated lift weight/day: 77,200 lbs. (38.6 ton)

(takes ~ an hour and a half, w/ the run)

I only go to the gym once per week and it is usually quite late.. 930 pm and so I try to keep it short. I focus mostly on cardio. As for lifting, I focus on the lower back and legs. I can't remember exact weight and reps but spend about 15 to 20 minutes on it (100 reps or so).

Will lift heavy if I'm at the gym anyway playing handball or swimming - but the maintenance workout is done at home and the park, with body weight or a 25 lb. ammo can.

Day Starts with the workout at home, at ~ 4:30 AM, and am generally back from the park and run by 6:15.

I like my sleep too much to get up at 430 am. However, its not I sit around and eat Cheetohs. When I get home, the kids and I take off and play at a park, river, trail, etc. Anyways, kudos to you for being so dedicated.

When they are young, they need to do things, see the world, explore. Its one thing to see it represented in a cartoon or a show and its another to actually see it and experience it. I allow them to get dirty, messy, etc. My son and I take apart and repair lawn mowers, weed eaters, blowers, etc.

Shoes definitely got a work out this weekend. Assumed wrongly that the other 4 post holes would be fairly tame. yeah, lots of busting out old concrete. Did not really have the space to get the sledgehammer out so ended chiseling it out.

The excuse is always that they do not have the time. In some cases, its valid but if you arrive home by 5, one has time to do it.

Sweat Equity - has no value with the Hive eunuch.

...and Toil - to them, is considered just like a toilet, but bigger, and makes them crap.

Kirkland makes some of the best products out there

sure thing and plenty of organic food as well = sell more than Whole Foods so the rumors go. COSTCO gasoline is top notch and at least 20 cents per gallon less quite often.
