What Mueller said

Recommended Posts

He said:

  1. Justice Department rules say you can't bring a sitting president to trial. Can't indict. Can't try.  Can't can't can't.
  2. Since you can't try him, it would be unfair to accuse him of anything, since he couldn't defend against the accusation. Can't indict. Can't try. Therefore... can't accuse. Can't can't can't.
  3. IF HE WAS NOT GUILTY, THEN WE"D HAVE SAID SO !!!   ok, literally:  "If we had had confidence that the President clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so."
  4. “The Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing.”   And for anyone that hasn't been paying attention, that process is:  IMPEACH!   IMPEACH!   IMPEACH!

Does he have to beg to get Nancy to listen?

Pelosi's new plan is to immediately begin an inquiry into starting an investigation about starting a possible impeachment inquiry.....

if the Republicans agree, of course....

way before the Mueller Report was ever finished, and even after it was, the Comey firing, the idea that Russia didn't break into the DNC, even though the proof was said to be concrete.

The son of the sitting president who was then the Republican candidate for the presidency of the US welcomed dirt from Russian sources in an email, said yes, I am happy to hear what they have to say.

A rich kid, who went to all the best schools, The Buckley School, and the Hill School, and then, The University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, just like his dad.

University records show, the father may have donated 1.4 million to the University. But that doesn't matter.

A lot of stuff is bad, but is it illegal? Just because we have records of morally disdainful behavior it just doesn't mean they are guilty of committing a crime even if we think they likely did.

We might investigate, and even if we come upon many facts that indicate that they more than likely did, if they are a sitting president, we cannot make such an interpretation, and then

indict them. Because by law, due the constitution set by the US Justice Department, we cannot lawfully bring an indictment because under law of the US Justice Department,

that would be unconstitutional.

It would be take some other body, other than the Justice Department to constitutionally decide.

Now the AG, who was hand picked by Trump, tries to rewrite what the Mueller Report said with very carefully crafted words.

Barr says, we don't agree with Mueller's assessment, in that if, Trump had committed obstruction, it would come down to him, Mueller to say in his report, which he did not, so then it was left to the AG to decide, since Mueller decided not to - which of course is hogwash.

But you can say all you want, but still, that's what Barr has the power to say.

He, Barr, is crafty, and he knows, Mueller said all he was going to say in his report.

And the Republicans, they are too, very, very, oh so very crafty too. They, the Republican leadership, exudes craftiness, beyond ...

And oh, we get the (Gist)...

The racism, the... You know ( that Laura Ingraham Angle) gift that keeps on giving, way past Xmas / and Jerusalem, as well as the Holy See (yes, where they got some big stacks of cash).

tweets, tweets, you can't figure what the heck they truly mean, and you just shake your head - the guy is the president of the united states, or he's the head of the US Senate, or she's (Laura Ingraham), on television every weeknight / wink wink...

Peace!

It's funny, when I was a kid and there were only three maybe five options to view on the television, I would see this nutty religious nonsense being played, and there were poor people out there in TV land who would donate their hard earned money to support obvious charlatans, and it was so darn easy, like taking candy from an ignorant baby who has somehow been fooled, tricked, cajoled, their full attention somehow distracted - all these long years.

Peace!

Shady details undisclosed, stuff most Americans will never hear, all the political horrible immoral attributes of those who are able to place people into the bureaucracy of the federal government, and what it does do to all the individual states, each which has it's own constitutional power to work toward the benefit its own people. The commerce clause.

We are one nation, the United States of America. America the whole, well that's something else entirely.

Haiti, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Marianas and the US Virgin Islands.

Miami, FLA, that's all there is, that's all, they said.

Peace!
