we are a representative republic you dumb ass...it is nothing like a fu cking democracy......one of these days yer gonna have to take a minute and educate your self.

Yeah, ya fuk stick... democracy/constitutional/republic.

Third sentence, half way down.

A republic is a representative form of government that is ruled according to a charter or constitution. A democracy is a government that is ruled according to the will of the majority. Although these forms of government are often confused, they are quite different.

If you even attempted to follow what I was alluding to AFTER the terms, you would see how I was bridging those forms of gov’t to the power the poor wield in their respective gov’t.

But I see where you might have been flummoxed.  There should have another (/) b/t constitutional (/) & republic.

The main difference between a republic and a democracy is the charter or constitution that limits power in a republic, often to protect the individual's rights against the desires of the majority. In a true democracy, the majority rules in all cases, regardless of any consequences for individuals or for those who are not in the majority on an issue.

Yes.

GOD you are stupid bigMORON here is the DICTIONARY DEFINITION of democracy

tps://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/democracy

b: a government in which the supreme power is vestedin the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections

Do you see that part where it says indirectly through a system of representation? Which is EXACTLY what we are

We ARE  a democracy you MORON/ by the dictionary definition of the word.  I know what  Glenn Beck TOLD you to think but only the stypidest people in the WORLD just regurgitate the idiocy  screechmonkeys TELL you to think without checking when its as seriously STUPID as this. Of COURSE we are a democracy.  Democracy and Republic are NOT mutually exclusive. Anyone paying attention in 8th grade civics class KNOWS this

There are a lot of idiots on this forum who believe that what Trump has done in his first 2 years is bad for and has hurt our nation. They State this as a reason for their hatred of him.

The problem is the democrats in Congress don't believe it. In actuality they know what he has done is good for America. Here's the proof.

If they thought for a minute that what he has done for this country was bad, THEY WOULD ALLOW HIM TO KEEP DOING IT! When your adversary has dug a hole too deep to get out of you don't give him a ladder. They fear that he will be re-elected, there is no doubt about that. That's why there is a full court press to block him from accomplishing ANYTHING! It's why we will not see our infrastructure fixed anytime soon. They don't worry about the base...the fanatical leftists...they are desperately worried about the independents, the blacks and Hispanics. They will see that their lives are better than 3 years ago and will come out for Donald.

The sad part is...in order for the left to regain power they have no cumpunction in hurting this country by proxy. While Dems say they have your welfare at heart, in the case if these weasels remember the words of H. L. Mencken...

"The urge to save humanity is almost always only a false-face for the urge to rule it."

Yep

In other news...

Psychology Today    Feb 28, 2019

"Political psychology has long been interested in psychological differences between people with conservative and liberal orientations. A recent paper provides evidence that people with conservative political attitudes tend to have better health than their liberal counterparts because of the former place greater value on personal responsibility (Chan, 2019). This may also be a reflection of higher conscientiousness among conservatives."

So we ask you to tell us what he has done to destroy it, and none of you can ever come up with anything that is true.

That is like saying that if some enemy is kicking you in the balls, you should LET THEM KEEP DOING IT so the world can see how evil he is!

A liberal can not be in favor of dictatorial authoritarian government, only a lefty wants mandatory contracts for people who are thought to be random generated herd animals.

ADDENDUM

What can we learn from foaming at the mouth leftists?

We are all familiar with the daily histrionics, borderline psychotic, and in some cases the agressively dangerous behavoior exhibited by anti-Trump and militant leftists.

Question:

If these mental cases truly believed.that Trump was going to lose the election would they be so inclined to act out?

Answer:

They fear and know in their hearts he is going to win and continuely use the opportunity to act out as a release and in an effort to minister their troubled psyche.

We really should feel sorry for them.

The numbers are clear.  The economy started picking up steam BEFORE Trump stepped into office.  Obama decelerated a runaway deficit and placed regulations to stop more housing bubbles.

Anything about Trump doing good for America is strictly propaganda. Trump the Rump is simply too selfish, egotistical and arrogant. The educated idiot if he's lucky.

You can’t prove Obama did that.   His policies were anti growth.  There are  no truth based facts available

An exerpt...please read the entire article thoroughly:

In order to render economic judgment on any president, it is necessary to look beyond aggregate statistics to make some independent evaluation of the discrete policies that mark a presidency. That task requires some time to decide which particular policies were pro-growth or pro-employment. And it is there that Klein falls flat, because he fails to identify anyObama policies whose positive momentum sparked the economy.

On the first issue, the key measure is whether a president promotes or frustrates competitive behavior. Under this standard, any protection of monopoly institutions is presumptively bad, while deregulation or tax reduction is presumptively good. Unsound Obama policies help explain the abnormally low rate of economic growth during his eight-year tenure.

Exactly.

Only idiots think he had a good record.   They will teach Obammunism and Obamanomics in school someday, as what not to do.
