The economy that Democrats saved, and the deficit that Democrats saved and Republicans repeatedly ruin is a topic that Republicans are weak on.

^^ Duck615 is FURIOUS and LYING because Trump has not performed any better than Obama on the economy.

In fact, Obama actually performed better on the economy because Obama started with the economy in the Great Recession and rescued it and left Trump this great economy we have now.

Trump's numbers on GDP growth are the same as Obama's. So nothing has improved since Obama.

Deficit Alarm??!!  What happened?  Are Democrats in control again?

Oh, right, the GOP is still in the White House and the Oval Office, so no deficit concerns.

The debt is not the same as the deficit. But since you insist.

Trump 22 Trillion Dollars.

Obama added $9 Trillion to the debt...far more than any president.

Did you sound yer alarm then?   Of course not.   LOL

Obama inherited the Great Recession then got the deficit down to 438 Billion.

What's Trump's excuse for jacking it back up?

Any right-wing trolls concerned about the deficit today?

Oh, wait:  Trump is still in office, so everything must be praised.

The day he's gone it'll all be somebody else's fault.

But he was quick to take credit for the Obama recovery.

Well, to be fair, I'm not crediting Obama with the fact that our economy is doing what it's doing right now.  As far as I can tell, a small group of people is doing phenomenally well, a lot of people are slogging their way uphill, and a lot of other people are drowning.  Healthcare has continued to bludgeon the middle class relentlessly, monopolies and cartels dominate the landscape, mobility is low, education is prohibitively expensive or a deathtrap of inescapable debt, and our political parties and media continue to be largely controlled by highly concentrated wealth.  Our "growth" appears largely to be built on the profits of our biggest corporations and banks, and Wall Street is every bit as out of control as it was before 2008.

But yes, Trump has been very happy to take credit for the fact that unemployment, as commonly measured, is low (as it was under Obama) and the stock market is climbing (as it did under Obama).

Job growth for the year is not as strong as the Obama years.
