Court Rules Sandy Hook Families Can Sue Gun Maker Remington

Remington DOES market rifles like that, however.... you're really not very bright, are you?

Guns are manufactured and sold for what they are.....

If you abuse them it's not the manufactures fault.....

I said one who lives in a state that gets socialism while whining about socialism is babgypocrite

All States receive Federal dollars for social programs... so what you are saying is, ANYBODY that doesn't agree with a Socialist form of Govt, is a hypocrite... REGARDLESS of where they live.

Keep trying ramar... you've almost got it.

great article about the shift in gun ads from shooting animals to shooting people.

https://www.businessinsider.com/heres-how-guns-are-advertised-in-america-2012-12#hunting-is-still-a-main-focus-of-gun-ads-today-8

I love how one guy's "man card" was revoked for being supposedly intimidated by school children....

shoot twenty of the little bastards!  that'll show 'em.

I offer a solution to orchestrate social chaos, I think it does more than sustaining how it doesn't stop.

You do?   What solution do you offer?

back in the day, Smirnoff used to advertise themselves as the booze that "leaves your breathless".  The not-so-subtle implication was that cops could not detect vodka on someone's breath.... a clear invitation to drive drunk.  One of the Bushmaster "man card" ads was even aimed at a guy named "Adam L"  (Adam Lanza being the Sandy Hook shooter)...  I am sure he didn't want HIS man card revoked.  Apparently,  he was willing to do ANYTHING in order to maintain his "macho" status, eh?

You won't believe it bcause it actually fits the numbers to the population of this species without societal definitions. Now is ETernity and life doesn't exceed the moment as biologically reproduced in order of added to the moment here.

beat it with specific results, not historical projections it isn't theoretically or theologically academically, spiritually, politically, artistically, economically intelelctually preventing anyone using instinctive awareness to being one of a kind now.

A single ad, and an individual interpretation, in no way "proves" that any gun manufacture is marketing their products to mow down large groups of innocent people.

If anything, your article shows that gun manufactures market to every demographic across the board, as most ad departments do.

Did you notice that most of the older ads targeted kids more than any other group?

Why weren't we having this problem 30 or 40 years ago, when those ads were in print?

if they market the vodka as being THE booze that can escape detection by law enforcement, then yes... it could come to that.

If Ford Motor Company advertised a car as being ideal for driving up on sidewalks and mowing innocent civilians down, they could probably be sued if someone did that based upon the ad.

Did they market the gun as good for  killing kids?

Certainly not  "man  card"  worthy  behavior.

"leaves one breathless" can be interpreted many ways such as "short of breath or appearing this way because of excitement or other strong feelings.".

This lawsuit will eventually be thrown out...judge must not have heard of the PLCAA.

Plaintiff's attorney probably took the case on a contingency hoping for a big payday...sucks to be him.  Hope the manufacturer gets awarded legal fees.

I was thinking it to be more of a ploy to get the case before the higher courts... like with big tobacco.
