Doesn't matter if he's under oath or not. If he lies during the deposition to the special counsel, his lawyers, or the FBI, that is a felony.

And what else did Trump say?     “subject to my lawyers, and all of that.”

Were I Trump's lawyer, no way I'd let him talk to Mueller.

Trump lies all the time. But this is a big step showing how serious Mueller is.

Based on all the leaks this week, and now trying to rush Trump in for an interview... looks like they are awfully worried about Nunes information getting out.

nunes memo is little more than talking points to suck up to trump. imagine that, smearing the good men and women of the fbi to save a bum like trump from being held to account for his actions. I wonder if trump is buying off these clowns with big money stashed overseas.

don is an expert at money laundering they say

This is going to be really interesting.  People that know Trump best, have suggested that he will be unprepared, likely to perjure himself, likely to say too much, and blssfully unaware how much that Mueller knows about him and what he has been up to.  Mueller is very skilled at this kinds of interviews.  This is not a civil case where Trump can rely on his junkyard dog attorneys, threats of lawsuits and strong arming people.  This is a criminal case and will be in way over his head.  Stay tuned.

It is a toss up to see if he gets nailed on obstruction, money laundering or emoluments.
