ALL he has to do, is what he SAID he wanted to do... AND,

He's OFF to a great start !!

What did he say he wanted to do that he didn't change his mind about and say he would do the opposite of? It's so confusing, he flip flops like a fish out of water and his advisors have their own interpretation. Gingrich just got caught lying, who are we to believe? What did he say he wanted to do?

Donald Trump is the first major-party Presidential candidate in modern times who refused to release his tax returns. During the campaign, the Faker-in-Chief’s first cover story was that he couldn’t release his tax returns because he was being audited. The IRS refuted that.

The Liar-in-Chief’s second cover story was that he would release his returns when Hillary Clinton released her e-mails. Until it was pointed out that she had released her e-mails.

The Cheater-in-Chief’s third story was that he paid lots of income taxes, an amazing amount of income taxes, a bigly amount, a terrible and yet super-classy amount. Until the NY Times actually released a couple of his items, showing him paying nothing.

It's always good to know how bigly a bigly liar Trump really is. AND how dishonest ‘Dishonest Donald’ has been.

Blow it off merrill.

Hitlary didn't release all her emails.

They had to be found on the flashers computer.

It's always good to know that he didn't fall for the hoopla that would've resulted from exposing his tax forms to be savaged by the Lefty media machine.

This guy's too smart for you.

Go help the Green party shake down some more recount money.

When you get some, help the O'Hole make a better BC.

The last person to authorise that fake was found dead.

Topping Washington or Lincoln

will be hard to do.

I still don't get the logic behind Lincoln consistently being considered one of the greatest presidents. Don't get me wrong, he was supremely intelligent and got control at a shitty time, but the guy was basically a war dictator. And the only president whose election led to a civil war, the deaths of hundreds of thousands, and half a nation in ruins.

Doesn't sound like something that is very great.

You do recall that it was the SOUTH which first seceded, then started the war, right?

You mean when they bombarded a fort and didn't even cause a casualty or take anyone prisoner? This, after the south was allowing the fort to be resupplied with the only condition being no more troops or guns. Lincoln broke that, then used the excuse the south had fired upon the flag. A brilliant move to get the south to fire the first shot. Didn't have much of a choice. Either allow a fort of a foreign power to remain in one your most important ports, or fire on it before it's reinforced.

Then there is Lincoln arresting people with no warrants and imprisoning them for many months. Including arresting editors of newspapers and passing the papers to military control.

The real history of Lincoln is actually pretty damn dark. The South fired the first shot, but that does not excuse the things he did.

The South did secede, but on the basis of what he campaigned on. He could not keep a nation together. That is understandable given the situation, but no excuse to become a tyrant on his own people in states that had not seceded.

He belongs in the bottom third of the list or the middle of it. Certainly not in the top ten.

I agree that some of Lincoln's actions were glossed over. Suspension of the Habeas Corpus comes to mind.

Trump is mentally unstable. The electoral college vote doesn't change that. His mental state prevents him from being a great president

Actually, that's the really weird thing.

It's arguable that some of the greatest presidents we've had were probably sociopaths.

"Mentally unstable"

You're a 15 year old kid living with her parents....

And you've made some classic statements...

I'm not saying he was so ungodly terrible or anything. But what he did does not deserve a top 10 spot.

I had a history teacher back in high school. He always encouraged independent research, because it's the winner that writes the history books. The perception given to students is nowhere near the real Lincoln.
