Can the dem party be an opposition party?

In what world do you consider you consider yourself the Majority?

Being one of the 25% isn't a majority, you might give that a little thought.

What do you think about people loudly booing Elijah Cummings or Barbara Boxer, or making death threats against Democratic party officials?

I'd give those actions some thought.

When I say loudly, I mean LOUDLY. Often liberals do not speak up to be heard. Often women do not speak up to be heard. So speak, people, and speak loudly and strongly and clearly. Don't 'let' yourself be heard, MAKE yourself be heard. And if those in power refuse to listen, speak up again and again and again. This is the very essence of democracy. As a liberal and as a woman, I refuse to be silent OR quiet.

A not so very subtle spin and ignore.

HRC won the majority of Democratic votes in the primaries (by a very wide margin) and she also won the majority of votes in the General.

So, in this instance, I am with the majority.

Now, what about your dodging death threats and shouting down and/or booing liberal champions?

Your movement took down the first woman candidate who was in a real position to win the presidency. One who was highly qualified for the office and a good liberal to boot.

In contrast, the Bernie movement was afflicted with a misogynist/sexist wing that was very troubling.

A. Clinton was no liberal. She was and is a centrist and has said as much.

B. Clinton insulted stay-at-home moms. Much more damaging, she tore to shreds the victims of her husband. She brutalized victims of sexual molestation. She let her surrogates demonize women who did not choose Clinton.

C. I don't recall any specific issues of misogyny from the Bernie camp at all. All I have ever heard is unfounded rumor from HRC supporters.

D. She lost. Enough already. Get fucking over it.

THANK YOU.

I voted for Hillary, only because I could not stomach the idea of Trump. I did not vote with enthusiasm, and did not like Hillary as a candidate one bit. I just found the alternative so horrific I knew I could never be comfortable abstaining outright. I knew from the outset that Hillary's flaws made a Trump victory a possibility, despite the dismissive sneers of my liberal friends that anyone other than Hillary could win. Even with the electoral fraud and other problems, there was an arrogance by the establishment that refused to acknowledge the very deep concerns the American people as a whole had regarding HRC. 26 percent voted for Hillary and 26% voted for Trump.... and the remaining FORTY-EIGHT PERCENT of the American people either chose not to vote at all, or voted for someone else! There has to be acknowledgement of just how large a percentage of the American people were so thoroughly disgusted that they chose not to vote even when one of the candidates was Trump.

Not if they don't oppose the party in power.

We can't live in a world where Trump violates every norm and Democratic elected officials support some of his worst cabinet picks, out of courtesy.

Maybe I missed someone but the only on fighting is Bernie.

Tulsi in the House.

I hope I'm wrong.
