According to Politifact, “In an ad from Priorities USA Action, parents of a disabled child said Trump ‘mocked’ a disabled reporter at a campaign rally. Trump did mimic the man’s oddly angled right hand while flailing his arms and shouting in a strange voice. Disabled people and advocates said the candidate clearly was mocking him. Trump’s excuses for his comments are at odds with the evidence. Trump said he didn’t remember the man so he couldn’t know he was handicapped. But Kovaleski said he and Trump knew each other well because the reporter regularly covered the New York businessman for years. Archived reports support that. Trump also talked about the reporter with familiarity as a ‘nice reporter’ and a ‘poor guy’ who ‘you gotta see.’ Trump’s denials that he did not mock — or even know — the disabled reporter don’t add up. The audio, obtained by The Washington Free Beacon, is of Clinton in the 1980s discussing a case she took on as a young lawyer in Arkansas, in which she represented a man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl.

 

In the interview with Arkansas journalist Roy Reed, Clinton says, Do you remember that case where I represented that guy? It was a fascinating case. [] The guy was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl. Of course he claimed that he didnt. All this stuff. He took a lie detector test. I had him take a polygraph, which he passed, which forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs (laughter).

 

She goes on to describe how the man got off by taking a plea deal with time served in county jail.

 

The victim is now 52 and claims Clinton took her through hell by going to great lengths to discredit her.

 

Today on The Five, Guilfoyle expressed her astonishment at the fact that Clinton voluntarily chose to represent a child rapist.

 

Its a moral choices issue. Its an ethical issue. Its one of integrity and it really goes to the core of whether or not youre someone who believes passionately in womens rights, Guilfoyle said, highlighting her own personal decision to be a prosecutor and not a criminal defense attorney.

 

Guest host Jesse Watters said he doesnt have a problem with Clinton defending the rapist because thats what lawyers are paid to do.

 

However, Watters continued, What I have a problem with her doing is lying about this victim and then laughing about it. This is a 12-year-old girl who was raped brutally, was put in a coma. She was a virgin. She was told she could never have children. And what did Hillary Clinton do to this person? She said this girl seeks out older men which is a lie. She said this person is mentally unstable also a lie."
