Clinton Foundation: a Charity that ISN'T !!

Recommended Posts

Charity.org won't even CALL the Clinton Foundation a charity... because it DOES NOT meet the transparency requirements (WHY doesn't THAT surprise me)... YOU can LOOK IT UP YOURSELF !!

What's more, Taxes indicate that ONLY 10% of Clinton Foundation donations, actually go to ANY charity, OTHER then the Clintons... THIS from a "foundation" that collects TENS OF MILLIONS of dollars from foreign governments, foreign entities and individuals, and OVERTLY trades these donations for influence and access to the HIGHEST LEVELS of the US Government...

THIS IS CORRUPTION plain and SIMPLE...

Is THIS who we want to be our PRESIDENT?

Where Does Clinton Foundation Money Go?

THE WIRE

By Robert Farley

June 19, 2015

(excerpts)

Republican presidential candidate Carly Fiorina says that "so little" of the charitable donations to the Clinton Foundation "actually go to charitable works" -- a figure CARLY for America later put at about 6 percent of its annual revenues -- but Fiorina is simply wrong.

Fiorina and others are referring only to the amount donated by the Clinton Foundation to outside charities, ignoring the fact that most of the Clinton Foundations charitable work is performed in-house. One independent philanthropy watchdog did an analysis of Clinton Foundation funding and concluded that about 89 percent of its funding went to charity.

Simply put, despite its name, the Clinton Foundation is not a private foundation which typically acts as a pass-through for private donations to other charitable organizations. Rather, it is a public charity. It conducts most of its charitable activities directly.

Asked for backup, the CARLY for America super PAC noted that the Clinton Foundations latest IRS Form 990 shows total revenue of nearly $149 million in 2013, and total charitable grant disbursements of nearly $9 million (see page 10). That comes to roughly 6 percent of the budget going to grants. And besides those grants, the super PAC said, "there really isnt anything that can be categorized as charitable."

That just isnt so. The Clinton Foundation does most of its charitable work itself.

Katherina Rosqueta, the founding executive director of the Center for High Impact Philanthropy at the University of Pennsylvania, described the Clinton Foundation as an "operating foundation."

"There is an important distinction between an operating foundation vs. a non-operating foundation," Rosqueta told us via email. "An operating foundation implements programs so money it raises is not designed to be used exclusively for grant-making purposes. When most people hear 'foundation', they think exclusively of a grant-making entity. In either case, the key is to understand how well the foundation uses money -- whether to implement programs or to grant out to nonprofits -- [to achieve] the intended social impact (e.g., improving education, creating livelihoods, improving health, etc.)."

Craig Minassian, chief communications officer for the Clinton Foundation, said the Clinton Foundation is "an implementer."

"We operate programs on the ground, around the world, that are making a difference on issues ranging from poverty and global health to climate change and womens and girls participation," Minassian told us via email. "Many large foundations actually provide grants to the Clinton Foundation so that our staff can implement the work."

Asked for some examples of the work it performs itself, the Clinton Foundation listed these:

* Clinton Development Initiative staff in Africa train rural farmers and help them get access to seeds, equipment and markets for their crops.

* Clinton Climate Initiative staff help governments in Africa and the Caribbean region with reforestation efforts, and in island nations to help develop renewable energy projects.

* Staff at the Clinton Health Access Initiative, an independent, affiliated entity, work in dozens of nations to lower the cost of HIV/AIDS medicine, scale up pediatric AIDS treatment and promote treatment of diarrhea through life-saving Zinc/ORS treatment.

* Clinton Health Matters staff work with local governments and businesses in the United States to develop wellness and physical activity plans.

It works for me...

Maybe it would be good if YOU had a working computer?

It's in the NY Post ... type: New York Post Clinton Foundation a slush fund..

I don't know what else I can do to help you...

From your article,

It says Charity Navigator, which rates nonprofits, recently refused to rate the Clinton Foundation because its “atypical business model . . . doesn’t meet our criteria.”

But here is a page where they actually rate the Clinton Foundation.

I wouldn't be so sure..

I'm SURE that everything was as the NY Post indicated when the story was written... as a matter of FACT, I checked the source (Charity Navigator) MYSELF at the time !

NOW however, it's "4 star" and everything is GREAT?

I would suggest that the Hillary Mafia (Colin Powells words), got to these rating organizations, and just like they coerced the DOJ, the FBI, and the American JUSTICE system to take a legal code that uses "NEGLIGENCE" as the standard, and get the them to go on national TV and LIE when they claimed that there was no "intent"... when INTENT is NOT, and has NEVER BEEN, the legal standard for Classified Information..

I guess they can get Charity watchdog groups to cave as well......

It doesn't change a THING however...

The Democrats, Hillary and her ENTIRE Cabal are PROVAN Liars, and I would believe the NY Post EVEN IF I hadn't verified it at the time (which I did)...

This Country is MORE CORRUPT than I EVER thought it COULD BECOME... I BELIEVE IT'S ALL THE MORE REASON Donald Trump HAS to be ELECTED !!

Actually, You didn't. :D

I ABSOLUTELY DID !!

AND THAT is what makes this even MORE DISTURBING... that ANY Political entity would have THAT type of power... to SQUELCH news that they do not like... However, we see it EVERY DAY !!

1) The press being investigated by the IRS because they write articles that Obama doesn't like.

2) The ENTIRE Conservative movement places under HEIGHTENED scrutiny by the IRS, than LYING about it and suppressing evidence when under Congressional, investigation.

3 The Dept. of Justice and the FBI CHANGING legal standards in order to get Hillary out of hot water over the e-mail scandal.. "Intent" was NEVER the legal standard, "Negligence " was.

4) Making up stories about wh the Benghazi embassy was attacked and THEN ARRESTING a guy because he made a MOVIE that they tried to blame.

5) A TOTAL of over 23 SCANDALS and instances unethical behavior over the Clintons time on the political scene !!

We are on the road to TOTALITARIANISM f Hillary is elected !!

The NY POST is the not too bright paper for not too bright people, which seems to include Sam.

More and more information coming to light that the Clintons tried to strong arm Charity Watchdog groups... which I CAN ATTEST, because I verified the initial article, with the referenced site, and it has NOW been changed...

THIS is CORRUPTION to the CORE !!
