Anyone See what Nebraska Cornhuskers Football did Yesterday?

Their punter was killed in a car accident during the off season. During the game, their offense was stopped and it was time to punt...
Only 10 guys came out on the field... no punter.

They waited for time to run out and took the 5 yard penalty, in tribute to their friend and teammate.

We had to take a delay of game, weren't able to get all 11 guys out to punt in time. Missing one of them.

Two groups of eleven near- mutantly huge men, each with numbers and their surnames on their backs fiddled with some sort of non-bounceable ball shaped like Stewie Griffin's head for a total of one hour, with huge gaps in which beer and other products were presented. Commentators yakked continuously for no good reason when products were not being peddled and the 22 men were not doing anything worth watching.

Football is quite predictable.

What an unimaginative comment!

All ball sports are predictable.

It is good for people to PLAY sports, especially those in which players do not inflict concussions on one another. It is not boring to PLAY sports, because each player is focused on a specific task. Ball sports are good exercise for the players.

WATCHING sports is, however, quite boring, and useful only to those seeking to sell beer and other products to the spectators.

Spectators are normally not aware that they are a PRODUCT, and being bought and sold, with no benefit to themselves.

If you played football you will forever love the sport. It's only boring to people who don't understand the game. And yes I saw what huskers did that was awesome!

It's boring as all hell. You enjoy having your limited time on Earth bought and sold by advertisers and capitalists.

I tune out commercials and yes I enjoy spending my limited time on earth with family and friends all wearing their team colors, talking smack and cooking and eating food on lazy Sunday's and don't forget a few beers to boot!
