Julian Assange ‘Assassination’ Claimed After Foiled Ecuadorian Embassy Break-in

Speculation over an attempt on the life of Wikileaks founder and political refugee Julian Assange is rife today after a man was detected scaling the wall of the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, where Mr. Assange has been living for the past four years.

In a statement released by their Twitter account, the Wikileaks organisation reported a “Male intruder” had been caught climbing a wall and window of the embassy at 02:47 Monday morning. The organisation, which gained global fame by publishing caches of leaked government documents online, said the intruder then “fled after being caught by security”.

Although neither the Ecuadorian government nor Wikileaks have made any further comment on the attempted break-in, speculation has been rife on social media over the intended target of the climber. Given that high-profile transparency activist Julian Assange lives in the embassy many have speculated the attempted break-in may have been a planned assassination.

@wikileaks It was a Hillary Clinton assassin! Be safe.

Given the prowler was able to escape after detection, some even expressed concern the climber may have even been a paid hitman, rather than an amateur lone-wolf. Twitter user ‘Weseeu’ said as much when he speculated whether it was a “professional”, remarking: “Gotta be pretty slick to slip away”.

@julieoakman727 @wikileaks looks like fled AFTER being caught. That doesn't sound ideal.

@bonesprit67 @julieoakman727 @wikileaks automatically makes me think professional. Gotta be pretty slick to slip away.

Others went so far as to speculate over who may have sent such an assassin to the Ecuadorian embassy, with United States Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and Billionaire left-activism bankroller George Soros among the most named by Twitter users.

.@wikileaks They're trying to assassinate Julian Assange. His lawyer just "died" in front of a train. Yeah. More #ClintonBodyBags#molonlabe

@RARivette @wikileaks Hillary's Death Squad wants Julian Assange dead BEFORE he exposes her

Many of the claims regarding Clinton’s supposed link to what has been called an attempted assassination centers around conspiracy theories regarding the death in July of 27-year-old Seth Rich. Major American news magazine Newsweek reports the Democrat National Committee (DNC) employee was shot multiple times in the back while walking home from a bar, which gave birth to a number of theories surrounding his supposed execution.

IF he WASN'T APPREHENDED then it's an INSIDE JOB b/c NO ONE would EVER "Scale the WALL" of an EMBASSY w/o ACCESS!1f631.png#HillarysHuma@wikileaks

@DJROBBZ_BLOG @wikileaks @NetworksManager my guess is it's the same #Hillary #soros assassin who knocked off #sethrich and the dnc lawyer

@wikileaks They don't want the next batch of Hillary hacked emails released. Dems running scared.

The magazine reports these theories are centred around the suggestion Rich was about to speak to the FBI about “damning internal DNC emails”. Weeks later, Julian Assange offered a $20,000 reward for information regarding the killing, and as Newsweekreported: “He hinted darkly that the slain man had been a source in the embarrassing 30,000 internal DNC emails his organization had recently published”.

Just days ago, a National Review article reported that Assange was still holding onto the majority of leaked Democrat emails, and was planning to release them at strategic points throughout the U.S. Presidential campaign.

Mr. Assange is wanted in Sweden to answer accusations of sex crimes. He has been claiming asylum in the Ecuadorian embassy for over four years to avoid extradition to the United States where he is wanted to leaking government documents.

In all fairness to Hillary, you can't expect her to throw away her lifetime goal without a fight. Besides, he was probably just some random ninja not associated with her in any way, or at least not one that can be traced back.

Disillusioned progressives, veterans of the Occupy movement, students charmed by “hope and change,” current Occupy movement workers, Ron Paul followers, environmentalists, peace activists, Good Samaritan Christians—there are millions upon millions of us who want to see the kind of change which Jill Stein represents.

We want change at the level of presidential politics and debate.

We want to see debate:

on why we are still in Afghanistan;

ongun control;

on a serious job stimulus;

on prosecution of the fraud that created the economic recession;

on protection from fraud in computerized voting and vote counting;

on the US policy toward Israel and Palestine;

on subsidies for the profit- bulging oil companies—none of these topics are rarely even mentioned in the presidential candidates’ “debates.”

We are ready for proposals on how to deal with climate change.

Yet from the Afghan war to voting fraud to climate change, the two parties that constitute the Duopoly want these issues out of the limelight.

It does not matter which talking-head for the Duopoly wins. Tweedledee or Tweedle-dum, they serve the 1% as they pretend to represent the broad political landscape of all Americans. That’s why there is no substance in the objection that voting for the Greens will take votes away from Hillary Clinton and so put Trump in the White House: neither Hillary Clinton nor Trump represent the 99%.

We need a candidate who will—and Jill Stein, already referred to as the unofficial presidential candidate of the Occupy movement, is just such a candidate.

From the perspective of the major economic, military, and Constitutional values, we and our children and grandchildren are screwed if either Tweedle-dee or Tweedle-dum wins.

There is no plausible argument for not voting our values and the interests by voting for Jill Stein.

The only people who need to fear our voting our values and interests are ALEC,DLC,DNC,Trump, Hillary Clinton and the 1% whom they serve.
