Ol' "Frig" Newton will always be a goddamned snake-in-the-grass. I'd never trust that back-stabbin' prick!!

His weirded-out up-bringing has created someone who seems to enjoy-the-Hell outta screwin'-people-over!!!

I think you can safely assume he is delivering a message that either (1) someone is paying him to deliver or (2) that he thinks will benefit himself.

The Trumpenfuehrer* was such a lousy and disrespected business man that he couldn't get a loan in the US. Eventually he ended up getting financed by the Russian mob, who needed a laundry.

Like the cons say, it is business. Tenants trying to maintain property values is business.

Three New York City apartment buildings will remove the Trump name after hundreds of tenants signed a petition, according to The New York Times.

The buildings, on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, will pry off the gold letters spelling out “Trump,” tenants were told on Tuesday after hundreds of them voiced disapproval of Trump’s comments about women, immigrants and liberals, according to the paper.

“We won,” Gottlieb told the Times. “We used the power of protest to say that we don’t have to accept the spread of the man’s influence into our very homes. To me, it feels like a cleansing of the place where I live.”

Who'd (even) suggest that....besides some extremely-greedy businessmen?

A country cannot be run like a business because it is not a business. When someone on the campaign trail speaks nonsense such as this it is best to not vote for

that person.

Funny how the simplest things get missed by so many.  We call a nation a nation, not a business, and a business a business, not a nation.  If they were the same or should be run the same we would call them - the same.

Fetuses versus baby, not the same thing.

Mixed economy versus capitalism, not the same thing.

It's much simpler, to explain, than that.

For all intents-and-purposes, a business is a dictatorship; the CEO or Owner calls-the-tune, and everyone's expected to dance.....the kind of environment Trumpy's always worked-within. CEO's don't negotiate with their workforce.

That's what Trumpy doesn't "get". The President ISN'T a CEO, or a King.....or, a neo-Czar....like Putie.

"In recent months, I have grown obsessed with a seemingly simple question: Does the American political system have a remedy if we elect the wrong person to be president? There are clear answers if we elect a criminal, or if the president falls into a coma. But what if we just make a hiring mistake, as companies do all the time? What if we elect someone who proves himself or herself unfit for office — impulsive, conspiratorial, undisciplined, destructive, cruel?"

Yeah.....this is typical.....I've seen it plenty-of-times.

A new "professional"-manager is hired.....he makes some wild-assed decision, that's gonna have a "positive" short-term impact.

Upper-management is pleased.....he gets to bulk-up his resumé....and, HE SPLITS (for the next company), BEFORE THE-S-H-I-T-HITS-THE-FAN!!!!!!

Trumps Chaos Theory For The Oval Office

March 1, 2018

"For 13 months in the Oval Office, and in an unorthodox business career before that, Donald J. Trump has thrived on chaos, using it as an organizing principle and even a management tool. Now, the costs of that chaos are becoming starkly clear in the demoralized staff and policy disarray of a wayward White House."

"President Trump* has inherited an economy that set a record Friday with 77 consecutive months of job growth, or, as he put it, a mess.”

Screen-Shot-2017-03-10-at-10.08.06-AM.pn

The bad news for Trump is that there isnt much he can do to speed this up.

Infrastructure spending would certainly help, but that's reportedly been pushed off for at least a year, and, given Republican priorities, might not happen at all. Tax cuts for the rich, meanwhile, don’t have much bang for the buck, stimulative-wise.

Other than that, it’s not an exaggeration to say that the extent of his economic policymaking has been taking credit for business decisions that companies had already made, in some cases years ago. That might get a lot of retweets, but it wont create any jobs.

The good news for Trump, though, is that there isnt much he can do to slow this down, either. The economy has its own momentum, and it’s hard to see what could knock it off.

All Trump has to do is nothing....which even an administration as dysfunctional as his might be able to do."

Trump Moves To Crack Down On China Trade

March 22, 2018

"The White House expects the new taxes, which could reach up to 1,300 specific imports, will have a minimal impact upon consumers. But markets were down sharply Thursday morning in anticipation of the move and many business groups voiced opposition.

There is no way to impose $50 billion in tariffs, on Chinese imports, without it having a negative impact on American consumers. Make no mistake, these tariffs may be aimed at China, but the bill will be charged to American consumers who will pay more at the checkout for the items they shop for every day,” said Hun Quach, vice president for international trade at the retail Industry Leaders Association."
