...And, the Code of Conduct At the University of Oklahoma Was Enforced

Recommended Posts

According to the Supreme Court, it is up to the discretion of the university on how they discipline students engaged in racist ignorance while attending a university. With that said, if the students who were expelled for being racist and ignorant at the university of Oklahoma want to get back into the university, then I suggest they get a lawyer, and fight the decision based on their assuming that their 1st amendment rights were violated. If they should win their right to be reinstated-it really doesn't matter, because both of these morons have fallen on their own swords, and shown the entire country, that even ignorant people like themselves can get an education. And, these two morons were kicked out for violating the university's code of conduct. So, again, if these two ignorant individuals want to go crying about their 1st amendment rights being violates-by all means, let them. Their names and faces are out their, and the death threats against them have begun. They disrespected people of another race, disregarding the consequences of their actions. And, there is ignorance amongst all races, and they too feel that they have the right to kill the likes of these college students. So, like a boomerang, the unseen is spewing hatred back to them. Yeah, Cum-by-Yah denial about racism in good ol' America for the umpteenth time. Don't even waste your time saying, "Can't we all get along." No, so just let racism run its ugly course until the wrath runs over, and the low lives come to their untimely, deadly end. After all, their victimizers will claim that they have the right to "freedom of expression". In other words, racist ignorance gets to come full circle back to bite the instigator in the butt. Meanwhile, those of us who just want to live without all of the b.s. should just go on and live, and let Murphy's law take care of these morons.

The Congressional Black Communists Agree...

White membership

Over the years, the question has arisen, "Does the Caucus allow only black members?" Pete Stark, D-Ca., who is white, tried and failed to join in 1975. In January 2007, it was reported that white members of Congress were not welcome to join the CBC.[5] Freshman Representative Steve Cohen, D-Tn., who is white, pledged to apply for membership during his election campaign to represent his constituents, who were 60% black. It was reported that although the bylaws of the caucus do not make race a prerequisite for membership, former and current members of the Caucus agreed that the group should remain "exclusively black." Rep. William Lacy Clay, Jr., D-Mo., the son of Rep. William Lacy Clay Sr., D-Mo., a co-founder of the caucus, is quoted as saying, "Mr. Cohen asked for admission, and he got his answer. He's white and the Caucus is black. It's time to move on. We have racial policies to pursue and we are pursuing them, as Mr. Cohen has learned. It's an unwritten rule. It's understood." In response to the decision, Rep. Cohen stated, "It's their caucus and they do things their way. You don't force your way in."

Clay issued an official statement from his office:

"Quite simply, Rep. Cohen will have to accept what the rest of the country will have to accept - there has been an unofficial Congressional White Caucus for over 200 years, and now it's our turn to say who can join 'the club.' He does not, and cannot, meet the membership criteria, unless he can change his skin color. Primarily, we are concerned with the needs and concerns of the black population, and we will not allow white America to infringe on those objectives."

I don't know? Why do men born with no speech impediment at all lisp when they are gay???Hmmm maybe it's to let everybody around them know they are gay! Or does being gay somehow make the english language a lispier affair?? I don't know. I agree IT'S JUST FOOD! Why the gays had to sue the business owner over the food I have no idea. If Wal Mart said "No gays allowed" and gay people went in and shopped without revealing they were guy Like walking up to a clerk and saying "Hey man i'm gay and you need to make me a big gay cake for my big gay wedding" Then you are right there would never be a problem because there would be no way to determine the problem. Don't ask Don't tell...worked great in the military.

But after a fellow student complained, the same professor that approved the notes filed a complaint about their content, according to the lawsuit, and school officials demanded that Serodio submit to a psychiatric evaluation.

"White" African-American Suing N.J. Med School for Discrimination

Paulo Serodio Says He Was Harassed And Assaulted After Defining Himself as African-American.

Can a white guy be African-American? Paulo Serodio says he is. Born and raised in Mozambique and now a naturalized U.S. citizen, Serodio, 45, has filed a lawsuit against a New Jersey medical school, claiming he was harassed and ultimately suspended for identifying himself during a class cultural exercise as a "white African-American."

...After Serodio labeled himself as a white African-American, another student said she was offended by his comments and that, because of his white skin, was not an African-American. According to the lawsuit, Serodio was summoned to Duncan's office where he was instructed "never to define himself as an African-American … because it was offensive to others and to people of color for him to do so."

...Neither the American Civil Liberties Union nor the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People responded to messages seeking comment on the meaning of African-American.

...Serodio said he is a third-generation African of Portuguese ethnicity whose great-grandfather emigrated to Mozambique. He came to the U.S. in 1984 after being accepted at New York University.

...The lawsuit claims Serodio began to be harassed by other students who sought disciplinary action against him for his statement in Duncan's class, but was never given a chance to defend his views against the complaints.

...In September 2006, Serodio said he again asked to define himself culturally as part of another course exercise. Again, according to the lawsuit he said he was a "white African-American." And again, he was called to the course instructor's office and told never to define himself that way again.

According to the lawsuit, Serodio then wrote an article for the student newspaper, titled "A More Colorful View Than Black and White," in an attempt to explain his self-identification and to call for tolerance at the school.

But when complaints started pouring into Dr. I. Thomas Cohen, then the dean of student affairs, the lawsuit alleges that Serodio was called in again and told by Cohen that if he "lay low for awhile" Cohen would see that a record of the incident would not be placed in Serodio's transcript.
