Tradewinds
The World Health Organization is one of the most bigoted global organizations that there is.Its list of countries with the best healthcare isn't based on the technology and the procedures, and testing used in the field, but is based on whether the government provides it "for free" or not..And those governments that provide the service for free with Tax Dollars, are considered by the world health organization to be the best healthcare. This is bigoted in many ways... it doesn't consider the level of qualification of the doctors and nurses which differ from country to country. It doesn't consider the availability and supply of medicine available, nor does it consider variety and competition for better medicine, which differs from country to countryIt doesn't consider the level of medical achievement in the past and present, which differs from country to countryIt doesn't consider how far along research on future medicines and procedures are, which differs from country to countryIt doesn't consider the ability to cure an ailment which also differs from country to country. It doesn't consider the level of bedside manners practiced by the doctors and nurses and other hospital staff, which also differs from country to country. This is a fact, the USA has cured end stage leukemia, though the world health organization fails to recognize this either. So why should we have a system of centralized medical care... based on the blind fact that it simply exists, without regard to how it performs ?
