Joshua Cooper, 18, of Fairfield, Calif., was arrested after cops said he bit off the nose of his tiny tyke on Thursday.

A demented teen dad bit off the nose of his 1-month-old baby because the infant would not stop crying, police in Californias Bay Area say.

The tiny childs 17-year-old mother was hysterical when she called Fairfield police to report her little boy was bleeding from his nose.

Responding cops found the wailing babe had his nose chewed off and had also suffered a skull fracture and brain hemorrhage.

Joshua Cooper, 18, and the babys mother, along with other family members, were home at the time of the alleged abuse.

Cops said they later learned Cooper snapped and chomped off the boys nose after becoming frustrated with the tyke's wails of pain.

The baby was taken to the hospital and is currently in stable condition.

The disturbed dad was charged with child cruelty and aggravated mayhem.

Police are still investigating how the infants skull was fractured.
