USA-Canada Merger

Should we create a mega-country? Why or why not?

Why would you want to merge with our messy health care system, bearing the expense of a bloated military, and a population half full of people bent on going to war all over the world every few years?

I wouldn't, really, mainly because the USA is 10 times larger than Canada and would effectively have all the voting power. Further, I don't like the constitution or political system. I'd be more likely to accept it, though, if the US joined Canada rather than the other way around. But I think its an interesting topic of conversation. Honestly, there'd be more likelihood of Canada and Australia merging.

10 times larges in population I mean

Heh, when the debt-based global economy starts crumbling it isn't impossible that an "North American Union" similar to the European Union will be formed. In fact, it is all but certain. This union will probably be the US, Canada, Mexico, and several Central American countries.

International Bankers hate country lines, and once it is profitable, they'll start erasing ours to the north and south.

Nah, then Canada would start acting like the American south and become a subnation. Its unlikely that the retarded Americans would give up their constitution. If anything we should split it up even more than it is now. For me it seems that after the civil war the southerners became so stupid. It might be better for their intelligence if they broke off.

I'm far from a retard, I think Ron Paul has some very solid ideas, and while I officially don't affiliate with any party, anarcho-libertarianism most closely resembles my view. Free-markets, anti-state, anti-war.

Backdoor politicians at work playing around with natural balance to the point of self destruction and not knowing why.

NW never triangulate in a cubed sphere as the corners of triangulation are already rounded off and the only ones visible are beneath the surface of denial.

I was too harsh with the retard bit. But seriously, free market-anarchism is a terrible idea. It's been done before and the results were frightening.

there is a simple solution, limit the free market of anything is possible to the physical self containment that is part of being here now. Hypotheticals sell doubt real exists in plain sight and that coirrupts everything real to be defined incompletely by reality's interpretation of could become, "IF"

what universal physical constants are represented in law of the land where character role playing reigns supreme and unquestionable unless one endures the wrath of societal evolutions laws charging insubordination to the chain of command, treason to state of mind, and blasphemy against the spirit of the law ruling over genetic continuation symbolically.

Humanity doesn't allow checks and balances related to real, just other notions of national identity globally at every local level of family and community must pick a side academically, politically, religiously, and economically.

Each allowed to own half a truth as long as nobody knows the whole of what is real currently..

Messy health care system?

2/2/2010

"ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland — The premier of Canada's east coast province is undergoing heart surgery in the United States this week because the treatment he is seeking was not available in his home province."

7/6/2009

"Even with the warning from U.S. doctors in hand, Holmes said she still couldn't get in to see Canadian specialists. Because the government system is the only health care option for Canadians, she says she had no choice but to have the surgery in the U.S."

When Canadians need medical attention that Canada either will not provide or the wait could cost the patience his/her life, they come to the U.S. to get the health care they need.
