Media Works To Keep Mass Shooters’ Profiles Secret

Democratic socialist occultists make up majority of mass shooters

Satanic altar in Jared Loughner’s backyard

An undeniable pattern has continued to emerge in light of mass shootings, despite the media’s attempt to avoid connecting the dots.

In the wake of recent high-profile shootings, the media can almost immediately be seen attempting to link deranged shooters with the political right. As facts come in, the desire to connect shooters to their political ideologies quickly erodes, as the same anti-depressant taking, left-wing, occultist profile emerges.

In 2011, Tuscon, Arizona shooter Jared Loughner, who viciously murdered six people in his unsuccessful attempt to kill U.S. Representative Gabrielle Giffords, was immedietly deemed a “right-winger.” It was soon learned that Loughner was a left-wing liberal obsessed with drugs, mind-control, dressing like the grim reaper and engaging in occult rituals.

Despite initial reports attempting to paint the same picture, information now shows that last week’s shooter in Colorado, Karl Halverson Pierson, was a devoted and “opinionated socialist” who blamed gun violence on Republicans

Sandy Hook gunman Adam Lanza, who murdered 20 children and six teachers, exhibited identical traits. Although the media attempted to connect Lanza to the NRA, this was later found to be inaccurate. Instead, Lanza, who admittedly had mental health issues, was obsessed with playing video games and updating his ’online devil worshiping page.’

Richard Ramirez, Night Stalker

Aurora theater shooter James Holmes, who was falsely labeled a member of the Tea Party by ABC News, was linked to fringe elements of the Occupy movement by renowned private investigator Bill Warner.

Hooked on several prescription drugs including pain killers, Holmes began stockpiling weapons after entering a neuroscience class to learn the inner-workings of the human brain.

Similarly, going back to the tragic Columbine shooting, left-wing shooters Harrison and Klebold, who reffered to themselves as “gods,” were know to take SSRI’s for mental health issues.

Spending hours playing video games like Doom, the pair reportedly obsessed over death and the occult. The same profile – occult obsessed, leftist mass murderers – can be traced back to countless others from Son of Sam, to the Night Stalker, to National Socialist Adolf Hitler.

Despite millions of responsible Americans owning firearms to protect against such types, calls to disarm law-abiding citizens have already begun in states like California and New York. Even with gun homicide hitting a 20-year low, the media still refuses to link the common traits of most mass shootings.

That is the problem. Most stick to the local rag and never get any other opinions. I am a con and I watch Ric Madcow as much as my sides will let me. I start laughing and my sides hurt. Any time i need to know what the libs at the local pubs are going to argue about I go to MSNBC and Madcow. She/he fills me in on every gay/lebian/trans/ discrimination slight in the USA. Who would care about Megyn Kelly? Madcow is much better at humor. If I really need a laugh I watch Mr. Ed. Not the comedy show from the TV with the horse. Some say Mr. Ed is a horses a-- but not me. Mr Ed is the best comedy on TV. I like to get different opinions and I sure get them on MSNBC. The six other people in the country who watch it must like the laughs too.

Being in favor of gun control means being in favor of disarming law abiding citizens and empowering criminals, including murderers, robbers and rapists. But, better women be raped than have guns, because their puny female brains can’t handle the adult decision making required to use a firearm — so says Colorado Democrat Rep. Joe Salazar.

“It’s why we have call boxes, it’s why we have safe zones, it’s why we have the whistles. Because you just don’t know who you’re gonna be shooting at. And you don’t know if you feel like you’re gonna be raped, or if you feel like someone’s been following you around or if you feel like you’re in trouble when you may actually not be, that you pop out that gun and you pop … pop around at somebody.”

From the university of colorado:

These tips are designed to help you protect yourself on campus, in town, at your home, or while you travel. These are preventative tips and are designed to instruct you in crime prevention tactics.
Be realistic about your ability to protect yourself.

Your instinct may be to scream, go ahead! It may startle your attacker and give you an opportunity to run away.

Kick off your shoes if you have time and can’t run in them.

Don’t take time to look back; just get away.

If your life is in danger, passive resistance may be your best defense.

Tell your attacker that you have a disease or are menstruating.

Vomiting or urinating may also convince the attacker to leave you alone.

Yelling, hitting or biting may give you a chance to escape, do it!

Understand that some actions on your part might lead to more harm.

Remember, every emergency situation is different. Only you can decide which action is most appropriate.

"Following the assassination attempt of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-AZ) and massacre of many others in Tucson, conservatives on the internet and in the media have begun a campaign of disinformation about the identity of the gunman. Using fragmentary evidence ranging from one book in his reading list to his flag desecration to unfounded rumors about his heroes, they are deliberately trying to paint a false picture of Jared Lee Loughner as a liberal.

The Communist Manifesto
The first thing that conservatives cite in attempts to paint Jared Loughner as a liberal is by claiming that his favorite book was The Communist Manifesto, written by the German philosophers Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in 1848. This is an exaggeration. The book was listed as one of his favorites on his YouTube personal details page, but it was one of 20 books listed, including:

Animal Farm, Brave New World, The Wizard Of OZ, Aesop Fables, The Odyssey, Alice Adventures Into Wonderland, Fahrenheit 451, Peter Pan, To Kill A Mockingbird, We The Living, Phantom Toll Booth, One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, Pulp,Through The Looking Glass, The Communist Manifesto, Siddhartha, The Old Man And The Sea, Gulliver’s Travels, Mein Kampf, The Republic, and Meno.

Assuming these were really his favorite books and not just something we wrote on his profile, another book that immediately stands out there is Mein Kampf, arguably the most ultra-conservative book in the history of Western Literature, which was written and dictated by Adolf Hitler starting in 1923. When not conveniently leaving out that fact, many ultra-conservatives have actually been trying to state that Hitler was a liberal too, using that as further evidence that Loughner was a leftist.

Hrafnkell Haraldsson has an excellent analysis of how ridiculous the notion that Hitler’s Mein Kampf could be considered “liberal” at PoliticusUSA.

Another thing conservatives fail to mention is We The Living, the first book by Ayn Rand, who has attained demi-god status among the Tea Party followers. Her novel Atlas Shrugged is virtually required reading and it is extremely common to see the phrase “Who is John Galt” (an expression of despair at the state) written on signs at their rallies.

In fact, the reading list appears to be highly fractionalized at first glance, with no liberal or conservative bias, but a strong trending away from governmental authoritarianism and towards libertarianism. Mark Potok of the Southern Poverty Law Center notes that, “The books you mention, there’s a theme that runs through all of them, in particular the Ayn Rand book, the idea of the individual against the state.”

Burning The American Flag
In one of Jared Lee Loughner’s videos on YouTube, he burns an American flag in a lonely patch of desert. Conservatives have been using this a direct evidence that Loughner is a liberal, even though it is free speech protected in the Constitution.

According to Wikipedia: “The United States Supreme Court in Texas v. Johnson, 491 U.S. 397 (1989), and reaffirmed in U.S. v. Eichman, 496 U.S. 310 (1990), has ruled that due to the First Amendment to the United States Constitution, it is unconstitutional for a government (whether federal, state, or municipality) to prohibit the desecration of a flag, due to its status as symbolic speech.”

The 1st Amendment right to flag desecration has been defended by both liberal and right leaning libertarian groups in the past, although once again, this is considered more of an anti-authoritarian, civil liberties stance than a left or right political issue.

Regardless, in the video Jared Lee Loughner is trying dress up in a costume that suggests he is an immigrant, in particular a Hispanic immigrant of questionable documentation status. He appears to be hoping to make it look like immigrants were anti-American, which fits in nicely with the strong anti-immigration mentality in much of Arizona, a mentality that is often filled with fear and hate.

This one is even more of a stretch. Many on the right are contending that Loughner is an atheist, and thus by “default” a far left liberal bordering on communism. They base this on two tidbits of information.

First, Loughner is listed as having ‘no religion’ when he unsuccessfully attempted to join the military. Mother Jones clarifies, “In another, Loughner complains that when he tried to join the military, he was handed a “mini-Bible.” That upset him: “I didn’t write a belief on my Army application and the recruiter wrote on the application: None,” he wrote on YouTube.” Thus, there is no actual evidence that he is an atheist here, only that he didn’t think it was any of the government’s business what his religion was.

The second thing conservatives try to reference to prove Loughner was a liberal atheist is the quote at the end of his YouTube video titled My Final Thoughts stating, “No! I won’t trust in God!” It is actually fairly rare for atheists to capitalize the g, if not use the word gods instead to reflect their disbelief in the mythologies of all world religions. More importantly, taking one line in isolation without providing the context from which it came is misleading if not outright deceptive. Here is the final section of Loughner’s rant to provide a larger context:

You’re literate, listener?
If the property owners and government official are no longer in ownership of their land and laws from a revolution then the revolutionary’s from the revolution are in control of the land and laws.
The property owners and government officials are no longer in ownership of their land and laws from a revolution.
Thus, the revolutionary’s from the revolution are in control of the land and laws.
In conclusion, reading the second United States Constitution, I can’t trust the current government because of the ratifications: The government is implying mind control and brainwash on the people by controlling grammar.
No! I won’t pay debt with a currency that’s not back by gold and silver!
No! I won’t trust in God!
What’s government if words don’t have meaning?

Laughner is suggesting that the government, in their diabolical scheme to control your minds, will use grammar and religion. It is true that atheists tend to be more liberal politically, but are not necessarily so. Atheists also tend to gravitate towards being scientists, and there was no suggestion that Loughner was a scientist either. The charge by conservatives that he was an atheist and thereby a liberal does not pass the logic test.

EDIT: It has come to my attention by a commenter below that I have misread this line. He writes, “I think you missed the point on, “No! I won’t trust in God!” It’s not about religion at all, but rather his obsession with currency. The line before was, “No! I won’t pay debt with a currency that’s not back by gold and silver! These two lines are references to the phrases, “In God we trust,” and “This note is legal tender for all debts, public and private” which are printed on U.S. currency.”

Tweets By Caitie Parker
This is likely the one area that could turn out to be true. According to messages by someone with the username of @caitieparker on Twitter (assuming this is a real account and the user was being truthful), Laughner was liberal at least as late as 2006 or 2007. She wrote, “As I knew him he was left wing, quite liberal. & oddly obsessed with the 2012 prophecy.” and “he was a pot head & into rock like Hendrix,The Doors, Anti-Flag. I haven’t seen him in person since ’07 in a sign language class”. Please note that Caitie Parker does not wish to be disturbed by any further inquiries or interview requests on this matter.

In 2006, Jared Loughner was 17 years old. There are very few people in that age group that consider themselves conservatives. People change, and it appears Loughner had a life changing experience in 2006. Catie tweeted, “he had a lot of friends until he got alcohol poisoning in ’06, & dropped out of school.”

According to Mother Jones, “In October 2008, [bryce] Tierney was living in Phoenix, and Loughner came to visit. They went to see a Mars Volta concert with friends, and Tierney was surprised when Loughner said he had quit partying “completely.” Loughner, according to Tierney, said, “I’m going to lead a more healthy lifestyle, not smoke cigarettes or pot anymore, and I’m going to start working out.” Tierney was happy for his friend: “I said, ‘Dude, that’s awesome.’ And the next time I saw him he was 10 pounds lighter.” Tierney never saw Loughner smoke marijuana again, and he was surprised at media reports that Loughner had been rejected from the military in 2009 for failing a drug test: “He was clean, clean. I saw him after that continuously. He would not do it.”

Use of Old Picture
As just stated, Loughner may have indeed once been a long haired, marijuana smoking, Hendrix listening guy in a band. This person is likely reflected in his yearbook photo from high school in 2006. This photo has been repeatedly used by the conservative blogosphere since the shooting in an attempt to further mischaracterize him as a liberal.

Here is the progression of his appearance over the years:

As you can clearly see, using a 5 year old photographs is not representative of who Jared Lee Laughner is today.

Hero Was Barack Obama
Anthony Martin who writes for the national Conservative Examiner and a member of the notorious Digg Patriots group exposed for content censorship on social media websites, claims that the heroes of Loughner include “Venezuelan Communist Hugo Chavez, Latin American Communist mass-murderer Che Guevara, American Socialist revolutionary Saul Alinsky, and even Barack Obama.” He bases this solely on a posting by a user on the FreeRepublic, where other people who inspire him supposedly include Fidel Castro, Noam Chomsky, Mao Tse-tung, Joseph Stalin, and Yassir Arafat. These accusations are rapidly spreading to many ultra-conservative websites.

These “reports” are simply not credible and are false allegations backed up by no evidence what so ever. This is perhaps the most glaring piece of disinformation being used.

Tea Party Orders to Blame Liberals
FreakOutNation reports that the, “Tea Party Nation Urged Members To Blame Liberals For Yesterday’s Tragedy. “The hard left is going to try and silence the Tea Party movement by blaming us for this,” he [Tea Party Nation founder Judson Phillips] wrote. Clinton used the 1995 Oklahoma City bombing to “blame conservative talk radio, especially Rush Limbaugh” and “The tactic worked then, backing conservatives off and possibly helping to ensure a second Clinton term. The left is coming and will hit us hard on this. We need to push back harder with the simple truth. The shooter was a liberal lunatic. Emphasis on both words”

All of the claims that Jared Lee Loughner is currently a liberal are false. This is disinformation; false or inaccurate information that is spread deliberately with intentions of turning genuine information useless, and it is far from the first time it has taken place over the last 3 years.

Edit: additional peripheral attempts to tie Loughner to liberals has surfaced:

“He was also known to be pro choice, worked at a animal shelter and had his own little ritual shack outside his parents home where they found a fake skull with orange peels inside it. In addition, he claimed to be a homosexual.”
