Obama’s ‘Tanking’ Approval — Where, Actually, is the Floor?

“Tanks.”

That’s a hard word for a president’s approval rating.

That’s the headline at the newly designed MSNBC this morning. Bold and arresting — like the president’s poll numbers.

President Barack Obama’s job approval has reached an all-time low in the polling of NBC News and the Wall Street Journal, one of the major media surveys conducted by a bipartisan pair of experts. Just 42 percent of Americans approve, they report today. In polling parlance, Obama is “upside down,” with 51 percent disapproving.

This is down from a peak of 61 percent approval in April 2009, by the NBC/Journal count.

See the full poll report of the Oct. 25-28 survey of 800 here.

The only solace for the Democratic Party in this report is that the Republican Party’s public approval also has reached an all-time low in this and other major polls.

“Several recent factors—including widespread problems with the implementation of the health care website, issues surrounding the IRS and National Security Agency, and the debate over Syria’s chemical weapons—have affected the public’s view of the president,” MSNBC reports. “Thirty-seven percent currently hold a `positive’ view of Democrats.”

Former President George W. Bush’s job approval averaged 62 percent in his first term, according to the Gallup Poll. It catapulted to 90 in his bullhorn days after the terrorist attacks of Sept. 11, 2001. His second-term approval rating averaged 37 percent in Gallup’s count.

Obama’s first-term average: 49 percent.

It is wonderful I cannot prove I have had any influence with societal evolution's Global meltdown, but watching the events taking place in fingerpointing blame is a 4 ring circus.

For once in my lifetime I am beginning to think the species is waking up to the tyranny of thought police regulating debate between institutional divde and conquer ancestors from staying within the boundries of ancestry.

Imagine, societal evolution playing second fiddle to adapt or become extinct to every body born understanding Eternity is now all the time eternally.

No afterlife for the sole results of ancestry. Just self replaced sole results of ancestry as specifically added to the atmosphere.

"We hold these truths to be self evident...."
