Only 30% of HealthScare.gov has been built...

I've noticed the website is such a disaster that liberals won't even try to defend it anymore.

I'm sure that it isn't the Liberals that needs to defend the private sector contractor responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the website. I thought the "private sector can do it better" mantra came from the Conservatives.

The private sector has been proving they can set up better web sites than the government for a long time now. Same thing goes for health care. The problem with Obamacare is Obamacare, not just some stupid website from Canada. That is only a small part of the problem.

Sure looks like the private boys dropped the ball on this one!!!

Duh! the government is behind the whole operation. Why would they outsource work to Canadians with inferior tech skills? Wouldn't it have been better to hire somebody who knows what they are doing?

It's like the return of the Carter era. Economy in the tank, half of the population out of work and the left not giving damn about anyone but themselves. The one thing the Obama Administration has that the Carter Adminstration didn't have is all of the scandels. Carter was over his head, the guy in there now is criminal.

Private? This was a NO-BID contract awarded to CGI Federal. I wonder why?

Oh yea, a classmate of Michelle Obama, Toni Townes-Whitley is a top exec at CGI.

You leftists are all f'n crooks that need to be jailed.

Big lettered and bolded doesn't make that correct, but your input, by nature, favors incorrect anyhow.

There were 4-bidders according to this:

http://www.scribd.com/doc/176565745/CGI-Contract

And I might add that CGI Federal went through the vetting process in 2007 which put them into a small group of contractors (16) that are certified and locked in for 10 years of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts. (That happened during the Bush Administration...Michelle Obama made that happen how?)

The, above, corrections to your thought on this aside... just what, specifically, do you cite as proof for linkage to exchange difficulties and that CGI failed to deliver on its commitments.

is the .gov site what ACA is all about,?

Damn, you can see below the surface of hyperbole. The title is discussing the infustructure of selling policies in every state, not the website. While most are just arguing about the website being a 90% failure rate.

Damn there is that 10% God gets to save reality again.

90% of the population follow vocabulary rules, 9% enforce vernacular tribalism, .9% regulate enforcemnent, and .1% dictate social policy in every society globally.

Now let us talk again about how .1% of the population controls holding the wealth reality makes real by selling symbiolism over substance vwithin laws of mind over matter..

Obama's policies help the 1% become more wealthy. He has done everything he can to make sure the markets on wall street stay strong, and that real estate increases in value. I can see how that helps out rich people (the 1%) but how exactly does it help out everybody else? Are you liberals blind to see that Obama is just another Fascist, pretending to look out for the little guy?

Nope.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/10/17/obamacare-site-contractors_n_4114116.html

Read it carefully, beyond...

"The work on Healthcare.gov grew out of a contract for open-ended technology services first issued in 2007 with a place-holder value of $1,000. There were 31 bidders. An extension, awarded in September 2011 specifically to build Healthcare.gov, drew four bidders, the documents show, including CGI Federal."

Get into the details below that quote. You will then see why this was a no-bid IDIQ extension.

This was inside cronyism that you democraps supposedly hate so much.

But then again, you could have confirmed that had you dug a little deeper. Why didn't you?????????????

Inside cronyism or not, the way was paved during the Bush administration as a good idea, it vetted some but essentially locked out others. It is by nature open to all administrations as a normal operating procedure, moving forward, to use as it has been used, and not challenged by your side until now? What did your side think they were going to do with it?
