"instructed". Isn't that sweet.

I wonder how many of these idiots will fall in line this time, knowing the website isn't going to be operative, as promised.

They've already taken a shellacking in the polls, are they going to willingly give away their seats, as so many of them did in 2010?

The White House and congressional leadership are urging Democratic lawmakers to highlight ObamaCare success stories in an effort to take the offensive on the healthcare rollout after two months of backpedaling, according to two memos obtained by The Hill.

The memos, one from the Democrats’ messaging arm and one from the White House, advise members on how to establish the narrative that the Affordable Care Act is already working.

“There are actions Democrats can take to address the Republican attacks and go on offense,” reads the memo from the Democratic Policy and Communications Center (DPCC).

The memo outlines a compilation of “messaging ideas to highlight the benefits of the ACA and generate positive press and social media coverage.”

The Democratic Caucus is being told that the most effective strategy is to highlight the stories of consumers who obtained coverage despite having pre-existing conditions, of those who no longer have to worry about the financial threat of lifetime caps, and of young adults who have been able to stay on their parent’s coverage.

“Their stories will provide us with the ammunition we need to rebut Republican claims that the law isn’t working,” the DPCC says.

The White House’s messaging memo is similarly focused on these positive personal stories.

I'm planning on sitting down with my son and daughter, both successful, college-educated professionals, and speaking with them.

Now kids, you're considered toxic waste by Barry Soetoro... you're productive, law-abiding, heterosexual and worst of all.... white. Ewwww! Neither one of you has played the 'knockout' game and your skin color.... well, it's just not going to work. But let's give this thing a chance. I want you both to go on the obamacare website and sign up today. It should only take about 16 hours and it's the only way Laqueesha is going to get that abortion she needs. Are we on board with this?

Hmmm?

Kids?

Get back here!

Do you still love me?

This has been a century campaign to get to this social position of genetic continuation. So why are you starting an issue about "Dims to go on ACA offensive when it has been going on since 1913.

100 years wars are still in effect to affect the causes that destroy understanding the self evident in being self contained to this moment selling time management philosophies to rule body and spirit of each ancestor added to this atmosphere here now.

Damn you are dulling the senses with your hyperbole.

They're a political party. The Republicans are a political party. Are you saying they don't highlight what's good about their policies? More to the point, the Hammer told Republicans in the House that they would, by God, vote for everything GWB wanted or he would see to it that they never got on one committee and would not be re-elected. Tell me, has the Dem leadership spoken that way to Dems in the House or Senate? The Dems have been instructed. Republicans were commanded and threatened. With the authoritarian mindset they have, would one expect differently?

It must suck to be you.

You can't defend your party, so you try to define everyone else down to your level.

Pathetic.

The Soviets and other Communists would be proud!

Obama and leftists want to make everything "political" with their Propaganda.

Why is President Obama trying to politicize the holidays?

By BYRON YORK

During a recent stay in Berlin, I visited the old headquarters of the East German Ministry of State Security, better known as the Stasi.....

the first floor of the Stasi Museum is not about spying. Instead, it is devoted to the propaganda that East German bureaucrats used to foster socialist consciousness in an unwilling public. One display explains the GDR's efforts in the 1950s to politicize what in the past had been family and religious occasions. The state sought to transform weddings, confirmations, and other personal events into "socialist celebrations," to be "committed collectively and aimed at a confession to socialism," according to the awkward English translation of the exhibit.

The exhibition informs visitors that the project "did not gain popular acceptance." Amazingly enough, people didn't want to turn their family holidays into socialist celebrations. :D

Here at home, this Thanksgiving brings an effort by the Obama administration to turn a day of giving thanks into a day of discussion about the virtues of national health care. On Wednesday afternoon, just hours before Thanksgiving, President Obama's Twitter account -- which has more than 40 million followers -- sent out this message: "Make sure everyone who sits down with you for #Thanksgivukkah dinner is covered." ("Thanksgivukkah" refers to this year's rare overlap of Thanksgiving and Hanukkah.)

The president's tweet linked to a photo of a young man sitting at a table with a turkey and a menorah. The accompanying text: "Celebrating Thanksgiving. Lighting the Hanukkah candles. Talking about health insurance. Gotta love dinners like these."

.... Organizing for Action, the president's political committee, has created a strategy sheet and suggested talking points.

I've seldom seen anyone who either can't for the life of him understand a straightforward post or, on the other hand, is so desperate to defend his party no matter what it does that he'll twist a straightforward post into something it's not within 100 miles of being. I wonder which of these is true of you. You can bet all tea in China one of them is.

Only took Obama what 3 years to release his birth certificate

GWB has yet to admit he's done cocaine, which makes him look mighty lame. And don't tell me maybe he just hasn't, because his answer to questions about it was always "I will not talk about this subject." If he hadn't done it, he'd have just said so. But he didn't want to be caught in a lie in case somebody came up with pictures or tapes, and he certainly wasn't going to admit it. Clean up your own house before you start sniping at the mess at your neighbor's.
