Just made Irish Sweet Potato Candy

It's not Irish & the recipe has no potatoes. 4 oz cream cheese - 1/4 cup butter - tsp vanilla - 16 oz powdered sugar - 7oz sweet shredded coconut. Soften butter and cream cheese & mix together with the vanilla extract - Mix in sugar, then the coconut. Roll about a tsp to a tbs in your hands into a ball, & then roll the ball in powdered cinnamon. Cool in refrigerator for two - three hours. Good to go. I place the finished candy on wax paper. Could probably be made without the coconut, & could probably be frozen.
