Benson
Why am I a liberal ? Because I have a duty to the United States of America, and that duty is not to keep the fat cats on wall street rich. The far left claims that I have a duty to the poor of other countries, which I do not... but I do have a duty to the GENERAL United States of America. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep the supreme court full of the right people, to keep people off of SSI, and on the job, by keeping the employers fair, and the jobs equal. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep social services like SSI, SSDI, Food Stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, Families First, Welfare, Public Transportation, and Unemployment services, housing programs and public schools available to those who need it. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep employers serving the society that they run a business in, and to keep them running it equally, responsibly and respectfully, and legitimately. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep the supreme court, and the legislature full of the right people, to respect, foster, promote and protect people's rights. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep America's soldiers out of war, until the USA is attacked, and to have them go after only those responsible, plus those that attack them on the field. I have a duty to America, and that is to keep America fulfilling its promise, to make wealthy, the immigrants that came here poor beyond any American recognition of the term. That's my duty, and I do it every election day, proudly. My duty is not to keep the fat cats rich My duty is not to keep America at war forever My duty is not to keep gatling guns in bad guy's hands My duty is not to keep executing people that we don't know anything about before an investigation. I Do my duty, to keep the GOP out of office.

crimsongulf
Ok, benny. So, what have you contributed? Did you serve your country? Do you pay in excess of 40% in total taxes. You whine a lot, but what have you actually done.

Benson
You don't support the fat cats on Wall Street? You must not have voted for Obama then part of keeping America healthy, is to support our businesses, and keep people working, and that's what Obama did, if nothing else. He bailed out businesses as well. Not everything, is about pushing the poor up, but also keeping the bar there for them to lift themselves up from, i.e. helping them keep their jobs
PoliticalPopUp
Why am I a liberal ? Because I have a duty to the United States of America, and that duty is not to keep the fat cats on wall street rich. Then perhaps you should tell Øbama to stop with the quantitative easing since it seems only to benefit the stock market. The far left claims that I have a duty to the poor of other countries, which I do not... but I do have a duty to the GENERAL United States of America. Providing for the welfare of the general public is a basic goal of government. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep the supreme court full of the right people, to keeppeople off of SSI, and on the job, by keeping the employers fair, and the jobs equal. OK we all have opinions as to who makes a good justice, but how do make jobs equal? Is elementary school teacher the same as public transportation information booth attendant? I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep social services like SSI, SSDI, Food Stamps, Medicare, Medicaid, Families First, Welfare, Public Transportation, and Unemployment services, housing programs and public schools available to those who need it. Agreed, as long as we agree who really needs... I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep employers serving the society that they run a business in, and to keep them running it equally, responsibly and respectfully, and legitimately. I agree - as soon as I realize a business is not running legitimately, I stop patronizing them. I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep the supreme court, and the legislature full of the right people, to respect, foster, promote and protect people's rights. I agree - that's why we vote... I have a duty to America, and that duty is to keep America's soldiers out of war, until the USA is attacked, and to have them go after only those responsible, plus those that attack them on the field. I trust our soldiers to protect us, and realize that may mean more than waiting for our enemies to land on our shores. I have a duty to America, and that is to keep America fulfilling its promise, to make wealthy, the immigrants that came here poor beyond any American recognition of the term. I have a duty to treat the legal immigrants who come to this country with all the respect and protection the law provides so they may make themselves wealthy, if they are able, and fulfill America's promise that they are guaranteed that opportunity. That's my duty, and I do it every election day, proudly. My duty is not to keep the fat cats rich My duty is not to keep America at war forever My duty is not to keep gatling guns in bad guy's hands My duty is not to keep executing people that we don't know anything about before an investigation. You have confused ideology with duty... a strong stock market means a strong economy, which means a strong middle class, and a poor that's less poor. and none of the rhetoric you spew has worked, for as long as the neocons existed its time you got your head out of your a)ss. I don't talk to morons, I just tell them how it is. I don't talk to morons, because the fact of the matter is, the moron knows as much as anybody else, he just don't want to learn or use it. too bad, but its not my duty to fill the American government with GOP puppets, who's judges rule against plaintiffs in discrimination cases, a legislature full of those who pass laws against abortion, or other women's rights, a legislature that wants to bring back "separate but equal", and pass laws that allow businesses to do whatever they want. Its not my duty, to keep a judge on the bench, who agrees with a run wild business fat cat, who fired some woman, because he said that she's too pretty to keep her job and thinks its funny. Its not my job to keep a judge like that on the bench, who serves on the bench for his own comedy and amusement. Its my job to put a judge on the bench who carries out the laws, and the law says that discrimination on the basis of gender is illegal. and its also not my duty to simply not patronize a business, and let them treat somebody else the same way, my duty is to take action against the businesses. Are we clear on this ? thank you.
Benson
Its also not the rich who needs social services, but the poor, the old and the disabled. Its not my duty, to keep politicians in office, who want to keep the status of America's civil rights stagnant, and the same forever, I have a duty to make civil rights in America serve and protect everybody. We need healthcare, not corporations deciding whats good for their pockets.
