Prosecution: Zimmerman got an A in a class

Recommended Posts

In yet another amazing display of the prosecutor's incompetence, he marches George Zimmmeran's professor to the stand and has him say George got an A in a class where he discussing the Stand Your Ground statutes. So this is where the state's case stands.

1. An illiterate niglet with no credibility.

2. A video of Zimmerman's testimony not subject to cross-examination.

3. A cop who says Zimmerman is credible.

4. Eye witness neighbors who can't place Zimmerman on top in the fight or place Trayvon on top.

5. Zimmerman's college grade in a class.

Yeah, 2nd degree murder isn't happening. You guys better hope the jury doesn't know the sentence for manslaughter or that isn't happening either.

Zimmerman is going free. Then he's going to write a book on the incident, he's going to make a ton of money, and lolberals here are going to get really red faced.

He got an A in the class that thoroughly covered stand your ground. He was a star pupil. Then he looked Hannity in the eye and said he never heard of it. Why lie unless you are hiding something? He's great at it to. Ice in his veins.

Are you saying a person is expected to remember every single thing they learned in college???

The Trayvon Martin-George Zimmerman case has come to trial this week and the best thing that's been said about it is from Thomas Maguire: "I'm proud to say I live in a country where the show trials look more like an SNL [saturday Night Live] skit."

Only in Liberal La La Land does the desire for higher education and public service get used as motivation for murder.

Zimmerman knew the law!

And he was very careful to not break it!

That makes him guilty!!

Zimmerman wanted to be a cop!

That makes him blood thirsty!

Only people who want to shoot blacks want to be cops!

That makes him guilty!

When you get to the part about him wanting to become a state's attorney, I'll believe it

Only lowlife scum suckers want to be attorney's

Especially state's attorneys,,,,

its been all about the stand your ground law from the start. thats why hannity asked the question.

Stand your ground and Castle defense are not really applicable in this case. This is simple self defense, nothing to do with duty to retreat. Nothing to do with defending ones home or business.

a friend of mine was sentenced to 7 years in prison for a vehicle accident

he was told he would do 50%

when he got to prison they said "no you are doing 85%"

he started writing letters to the judge, after the judge sent the 4th lawyer to help him.

the lawyer proved the DA had the cops lie and alter police reports

he got my friend out and charges dropped.

I asked "why dont you sue them" ?

he said "they are, it takes about 10 years"

meanwhile the DA and the lying cops are all still at the same jobs...

in fact the DA barely lost a run for Judge, he was way ahead after the primary.

the runner up died in the truckee river, possible heart attack

so the 3rd place in the primary went against Bob Burns in the election..

the 3rd place guy won

lol

pretty sick that these people are allowed to go on... business as usual

Lodi City Councilman Alan Nakanishi's son, a Lassen County judge candidate, has succumbed to injuries he received in a rafting accident celebrating Father's Day.

Jon and Alan Nakanishi were in the same raft on the Truckee River when Jon Nakanishi fell into the icy waters last weekend.

Sacramento attorney and family friend Brian Taylor, speaking on behalf of the Nakanishi family, announced the death of the 42-year-old father of three at Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee.

At 8:40 p.m. Thursday, Taylor issued a brief statement to an online Susanville publication: "Jon's family would like to sincerely thank Tahoe Forest hospital, their physicians, and staff for the excellent and compassionate care they provided."

The San Joaquin County Republication Party conveyed their condolences on Twitter on Friday morning, stating that the Nakanishi family were in their thoughts and prayers. Dozens more were posted on Jon Nakanishi's personal Facebook page and a number of Lassen County news outlet websites.

In an interview earlier this week, Alan Nakanishi told the News-Sentinel his son was able to swim to the river's bank after the accident, but when he got out of the water he collapsed. His brother-in-law gave him CPR and he was resuscitated, Alan Nakanishi said at the time.

Jon Nakanishi was taken to the Tahoe Forest Hospital in Truckee, and was in a medically induced coma where he was listed as stable as recently as Tuesday. The family remained hopeful and said they put their trust in God that everything would be OK.

Jon Nakanishi, an attorney in Susanville, served as Lassen Superior Court Family Law Facilitator and a judge of Lassen Teen Court.

He had just won the June primary for Lassen Superior Court judge. In his candidacy statement, Jon Nakanishi credited his family — especially his U.S. war veteran father — for his love of America.

Alan Nakanishi, a retired Lodi ophtamologist, has served several terms on the Lodi City Council, was a past a mayor and former state Assemblyman.

Jon Nakanishi was raised in Lodi, went on to graduate from University of the Pacific's McGeorge School of Law and had made his home in Susanville. He is survived by his wife, Rochelle, and three daughters.
