I bought the oars from a guy who sold his row boat and forgot to give the buyer the oars. Now I ask you, what was that buyer going to do with a row boat with no oars? Bath tub maybe. Also you need to place it 4ft above grass for an accurate reading, putting it on cement distorts the reading, your using the same technique as the NWS which is why they are saying there is GLOBAL WARMING!
